About the home

Set on a hillside just 4 km's from Kusadasi centre, this villa offers peace, tranquility & astonishing views of the surrounding coastline but with the convenience of being only 5 to 7 minutes Dolmus ride from Kusadasi & it's many attractive restaurants, bars & shops.
The Villa consists of;
Ground floor Lounge with Satellite TV, DVD, Mini Hi-Fi leading through to Fully Equipped Kitchen with Marble tops also ground floor toilet.
1st Floor, Front double bedroom with Double Bed, Double Wardrobe & draws leading onto Terrace & wrap around balcony with sea & mountain views, 2nd Bedroom with 2 bunkbeds & drawers leading onto balcony overlooking the swimming pool, Fully tiled Bathroom consisting of Shower, Hand basin & Toilet.
Top Floor Master bedroom with Double bed Triple Wardrobe & cupboards also spare single bed leading onto large roof terrace equipped with Sunloungers, Table, Chairs & portable BBQ. Views of sea, Mountains & Island of Samos.
This Villa is equipped with air conditioning which also doubles as heating in Winter.
The villa which is family owed offers an ideal opportunity to either relax with a book by the poolside with a glass of wine or discover the ancient past with visits to nearby Epheses or engage in full on family fun at the nearby Aquaparks of Aquafantasy or Adaland.

The Aegean Coast region

Basking in over 300 days of sunshine each year the Aegean enjoys very hot summers & mild winters.
Kusadasi is the "Jewel of the Aegean" a vibrant & cosmopolitan town & port popular with both tourists & the many luxury cruise liners that visit the port daily.
Throbbing with shops ranging from the top designer outlets such as Le Costa & Dolce & Gabbana to the many stores within the Turkish Bazzars, Kusadasi has something for everyone to satify their "retail therapy" requirements.
At the same time the restaurants & bars that the town offers are unsurpassed for choice & variety with something to everyones taste.

The Kusadasi / Long Beach area

Within a 5 minute walk of the villa are several local restaurants & mini markets & directly across the road from the site entrance is the "DOSE Beach Club" which offers a children's play area, a seafront restaurant serving snacks by day which then transforms into a romantic delightful restaurant, often with live traditional music by night.
Within 5 minutes by car/dolmus are the following beaches;
Green Beach is a quite secluded small beach & has a beach bar, sunbed hire, ice creams etc & above all a lovely calm sea.
The Long Beach coastline(1.5 km from the villa) is one continuous ribbon of golden sands for almost 20 miles making the notion of 'crowded beaches' just that - a notion!
Towards Kusadasi, Ladies beach is much livlier with many bars & restaurants on the promenade fronting this small golden bay which remains a hive of activity well into the night.
There are 2 local Aquaparks, Aquafantasy which is Europes largest Aquapark & Adaland where, if you wish, you can swim with the Dolphins.
Only 30 minutes (22km's) away is one of the 7 Ancient wonders of the world EPHESES. (17km's from Kusadasi)
Efes as it is know locally is the site of an ancient civilisation dating back 3000 years & was the Eastern most outpost of the Roman Empire.
This is the most classical of all of Turkeys ancient site & is a "must see" site.
Within a 2 hour drive is another of Turkeys 'Top 5' sites, Pamukkale.

Fly to Izmir or Bodrum
BA now do very cheap flights from Gatwick most days of the week all year round, Fly Pegasus from Stanstead every day of the week (via Istanbul) & Thomas Cook do 7 or 14 day returns to both Izmir & Bodrum from airports all over the UK. Aegean airlines & Jet2 fly to Bodrum from all over Britain from 2011 onwards.

Exhilarating location! Everything we needed was provided, upstairs toilet leaked during second week but was fixed 2 hours after call to agent. couldn't have asked for more Jessica, Wells
