A lovely villa located on a private site with gated access, a communal pool on the site, only 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, and 45 minutes from Izmir Airport.

There are many beaches within easy walking distance: Ladies Beach is the most popular, where you can enjoy the sun, the sea and there are also many restaurants and cafes for a Efes beer or a ice coffee; many guests enjoyed walking along Ladies Beach to Kusadasi town centre, or you can take mini bus which can also take you with 2.25TL (only £0.8).

A brand new marina with top market brands and endless restaurants where you can have a evening out with beautiful food: more than a metre long pizza at Konyali, opposite to the marina is better than any pizzas you have, the top restaurant is Messina, just in the side of the marina, offering best maze and seafood, of course with a glass of wine.

The 5* hotel Sealight Resort opposite the site accept a half day stay, including many water/beach sports, games, tennis, table tennis, surf (with license), volleyball, basket ball, fitness centre, sauna, Turkish bath, life show, wifi, bars, restaurants, etc, suits all age, especially for children, for TL60, appr £20 only.

The local market where the locals provide fresh products and selling them by kilos, most of vegetables are 1 or 2 lira/kg, ha, you will have to be healthy living there but cost nothing. (£1= 2.8 lira)

Want to travel further? Take a local tour to the Esphesus, the National Park, Pamukkale, or to Greece Island Samos by Ferry!

There are so many things to do in Kusadasi, suits more sophisticated families and friends, but not for ones who are looking for clubbing, or drinking holidays unfortunately.

Do not want to eat at restaurants everyday? The best and the easiest is to buy some fresh caught fish from the market of fishmonger, or chicken having BBQ on the ground floor balcony/terrace.

Children friendly, there is a baby pool next to adults' pool, on are beach balls and games are provided, there are also baby cutlery and a high chair in the villa, and a children's pool on the site.

Please note the pool is normally open at end of May/beginning of Jun, although we saw once it was open at end of Apr, it depends on the weather too.

The Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area

Kusadasi is located on the Aegean coast of Turkey and it is one of the most famous holiday resorts of the country. From spring to autumn people come here for an unforgettable holiday, not only for beautiful beaches and crystal clear water, endless watersports, but can also visit The National Park and the brand new International Golf Resort within a short drive.

Historic site Ephesus, is the best-preserved Roman city in the Mediterranean region, and Turkey's top sight after Istanbul. Virgin Mary is also believed to have spent her life after the Crucifixion near Ephesus. It is 20km north east of Kusadasi Town.

The National Park lying 30 km (19miles) south of Kusadasi towards the end of Kusadasi Bay, on Dilek Peninsula, National Park is one of the most preserved places in the country. Dense pine trees which cover the mountains reach the beaches and sea, the water in this area is crystal clear. Whether you like hiking in the mountain trails or lying on relaxing beach, this is the absolute paradise for holiday makers. As you enter the park the first beach on the right side is a sandy beach with picnic tables, shower facilities, toilets, deck chairs and a cafe-restaurant.

Samos is a Greek Island in the North Aegean Sea, which has beautiful gulfs and sandy beaches, just 1.5 km opposite from the National Park of Kusadasi. Ferries are running twice everyday to/from Samos and from/to Kusadasi harbour.

The breathtaking white travertines of Pamukkale, 200kg east of Kusadasi, have been shaped layer upon layer by the frozen limewater which poured out from the nearby thermal springs. The water from the springs has a temperature of 35 degrees celsius (90 fahrenheit) and has scientifically proven positive effect on vascular and heart diseases, rheumatism, hyper-tension, urethra and kidney diseases.

The town’s heart beats it is open air marketsi! Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, open air markets are set out in large streets. At food markets, villagers bring fresh products from their farm to sell, so even if you do not buy, you have a chance to observe the season’s vegetables, socialize with locals and live the authentic atmosphere.

Children's heaven? It has to be The Adaland, where there are endless water slides, Wave Pool, hug Jacuzzi, Lazi River, Rafting and Rain Dancing!

Turkish Bath is a tradition that not only deeply cleanses the body, but deeply relaxes the bather. It is the massage of a lifespan and an enjoyable luxury. It is definitely the act of becoming squeaky clean in architectural settings that are so elegant they are almost mystical.

“Absolutely a Heaven! ! Sooooooooooooo Nice!‏” I would definitely come back AGAIN!! The villa is nice and clean. There are six of us and we did BBQ on the balcony with great sunshine. The beach only few minutes walk. We also did Turkish bath and massage in the hotel where just opposite the villa. There are so many nice places around Kusadasi, town center, Ephesus, Cotton castle, seas, etc. We just wish we have more time to stay. Local people are so nice and lovely. The caretaker who arranged by the owner was so helpful. He took us to the town center and introduced nice places and great local foods. Everything was PERFECT! The owner was so patient and thanks for arranged the airport transports for us. We will definitely see you soon.

“It was certainly a beautiful treat, thank you!” We visited Turkey, 1st time as it is only 3 hours and a bit to fly from UK, found out it is a wonderful treat. The luxurious villa is stunning beautiful, spacious 4 rooms with balcony for each room, extremely clean, marble kitchen and floor, exactly the same as what we saw from the pictures. The villa is only 2 minutes walk away to the beach, and a short bus drive to anywhere in town. We took few day trips in the area, amazed by the historical design and work of Ephesus, loved the scene of Pamukalle, and the National Park which is right opposite to Samos Island, you could swim cross over! The food, was brilliant! There are so many restaurants to go, our favourite is Messina in the marina, love all the beautiful food there. Hopefully we will go back later, thank you for the owner who arranged airport transfer and made our holiday smooth and easier!

“Fantastic holiday!” What an amazing holiday, we as a group of friends had a fabulous time in the relaxing coast, it was absolutely as the owner described, everyone loved it every single day! No matter spending a day on the beach, or travelled to Ephesus, Kusadasi is hugely liked by all of us, the town/the area offers so much to do and enjoy during our holiday, the food is probably the best ever comparing with anywhere in Europe as I travelled a lot for business, the longest pizza as Ning recommended was fa-bu-lous, which was joked by friend as eating by meters, the locals are so friendly and helpful, the market has beautiful and tasteful fruit and vegetables, although we eat out every day. Thanks for the owner arranged transfer for us and it is so easy to find the villa, which is in a perfect location in a sophisticated private site, only a few minutes walk to the beach, as well as the popular Lady's Beach and the town centre, so we walked every day to different part of the the town, discovered and kept so many fresh memories for our special holiday. Thank you so much, we will keep all in our memory for long time.

“Such a lovely house and had a great holiday, thank you!” Had an amazing time, was very peaceful and the house is lovely! We stayed for 10 days, there is lots to do around the area whether you want to relax, go for walks, go to the beach etc. Opportunity to organise day trips as well. We ate out a lot for very cheap and all the locals were friendly. We like walking so we did a walk to the harbor, which was lovely. There is a fresh fish market near the harbor (which you can also get a bus to), so we had quite a few BBQ's on the balcony as well. We got fresh prawns and sea bass a couple of times, very tasty! Supermarket near by as well for essentials and found a good couple of coffee places in town (for those who like their strong coffee). All in all a great holiday, house was equipt with everything, we also enjoyed having the double doors open in the evening and just playing cards on the balcony whilst having out BBQ'd prawns :) Thanks for having us! Response: We are so glad as your young holiday makers had amazing time too, very pleased you found "there are lots to do around the area" whether relaxing, walk, or go to the beaches, sure you found Turkey provides much better quality fruits, vegetables, & seafood, of course with better value than London or many countries in Europe!

“Stunning Location, City and Country” We had a fantastic stay. The house with 7 people never felt crowded. Plenty of room for all and very comfortable beds. We grilled on the BBQ 2 nights which made for a relaxing evening and we all enjoyed the meal (Thank you Lao Bo!!). NIce break from eating out each night. Breakfast was at home each day and there are plenty of untensils, cookware, etc to allow one to do a bit of proper cooking if one is so inclined - as we were. The house is very comfortable and it's surrondings are well maintianed and the neighbors are quite nice. Walking to the beach is 10 minutes at a slow pace. It's a fantastic beach, rent a chair for 7.5 Turkish lira for the day and enjoy the Agean Sea till sunset. Lastly, jumping on the #5 bus you can easily get to down town and back with no problem what so ever. House is the last stop on the # 5, so you can't miss your stop. Great Location house and country. We will go back - for sure!!! “Perfect Holiday - Luxurious villa, gorgeous weather, exotic culture, delicious food and friendly locals!” Being new to Turkey, we did not know what to expect! Firstly, we were very impressed by the beautiful villa complex - it's beautifully maintained with fruit trees, lots of flowers and shared swimming pool, extremely clean and tidy neighbourhood. Our holiday villa is located at the high end of the complex which gives spectacular views. We had 4 double bedrooms to ourselves, all on different floors with their own balconies and bathrooms. We found ourselves sleeping in a different room every night to experience the different temperature. The freedom of a villa comparing to a hotel room makes us more relaxed and at home. The nearest quiet beach is just 3 mins walk away. For an enjoyable sea front meal, there is Ladies Beach which is 10 mins walk away. It's a very popular beach with restaurants and bars along the promenade. No. 5 bus runs right outside the complex every 2 mins at a price of 2.25 lira per person to town centre. Kusadasi is a very lively town - bar street is the most popular area for tourists, but we'd recommend to spread a little further to experience the traditional Turkish life and cuisine. During the days there are excellent markets, it's a great opportunity to test your bargaining skills! As a great alternative to eating out, we'd buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and sea food from the market and cook in the villa's kitchen or barbeque on the balcony. There are plenty of DVDs and books in the living area, however, after a day's activities on the beach, in town or on excursions we felt that the perfect way to end the day is with a glass of wine on the balcony appreciating the peaceful atmosphere. To summarise – it felt like Heaven on Earth!!! For sure the local fruits and vegetables are more fresh than the ones in London, but costs almost like nothing, please let me know the date you wanted to return in Oct and it will be nice to have you and family again!

“Sun, food and sea in luxurious surroundings” Not having been to Turkey before we were not quite prepared for the friendliness and hospitality of the people. Kusadasi itself is a beautiful town by the seaside that provides great markets, lively entertainment and endless beaches, so it is an ideal holiday destination. But what made this holiday special was staying in a luxurious, spacious villa, with shared swimming pool in a gated enclave not far from the town centre. It just doesn't compare to a stay in cramped hotel accommodation. We enjoyed preparing our own meals and having the whole place to ourselves. While there is no shortages of nearby restaurants and bars, nothing beats an evening spent on the balcony with huge, fresh prawns on the barbecue, cocktail in hand while watching the sun going down over the horizon. We loved the plentiful buses, which stop outside the compound and which collect or drop you on request at any point on their respective routes, we enjoyed the live music bars and the colourful markets. We walked along the beaches and the harbour, where we marvelled at the 10 story high cruise liners. The promenades are full of quality restaurants serving the best turkish and mediterranean cuisine. Wherever you go you are struck by the humour and friendliness of the locals. What a fantastic place for a holiday.
