About the home

The Villa is recommended for Family Holidays as well as being perfect for a Group of Friends with it's Spacious Living Area and Open Plan Kitchen. Located in a quiet residential area, the Villa is neighbor to other similar Properties which are also let to Holiday Makers in the Summer Months.
The Villa is Detached and offers almost 350m2 of Space Inside (Lots & Lots of Space!) and the Garden covers around 375m2 on Different Levels with a Large Swimming Pool and a Pool Side Bar, a Lower Level Terrace with Table Tennis plus a Built-In Barbecue. The Open Plan Kitchen and Dining Area are located on the Entrance floor where there is also a Seating Area (w/TV). On the Entrance Floor there is also a Twin Bedroom, a Shower Room/WC and a Utility Room with Washing Machine. The Villa is Part Log Home and it makes for a Great Atmosphere both Day and Night, from the Seating Area on the Entrance Floor Stairs Lead to Mezanine Floor where there is a Seating Area (w/TV), a Large Pool Table and a Bar (w/Small Fridge). On the First Floor there are 2 Bedrooms, both double, 1 Family Bathroom, and 1 of the Bedrooms here offers an En-Suite (Both Bedrooms have Access to the Terrace). At Pool Level, accessible from the Stairs on the Entrance Floor, there are 3 Bedrooms and 3 Shower Rooms (2 of which are en-suite and also have WC), if you like to keep fit there are some Fitness Equipment by the Seating area of the Pool Level Floor. There is plenty to do, both inside and out, your local contact will be pleased to give you any information you require on Places to go and things to do.
Ladies Beach, the most popular beach in Kusadasi with it's colorful Promenade is just 800m away, you'll love the water sports on offer and there is a wide range of Restaurants and Cafe's (try SomeWhereElse, a great restaurant with amazing Food). The Town Centre of Kusadasi is 2 miles from the Villa, you may take the Local Bus (Dolmus) from just 100m away or you may take a Taxi at Reasonable Cost. The Town Centre is bustling with Tourists from all over the world most of whom visit by Ship, there is plenty of Shopping to do here! Kusadasi offers a Large Variety of Restaurants and Shops (from HandWoven Carpets, Souvenirs and Jewellery, you can find it all here).
If your Interested in Ancient History, there is plenty to see in the Local Area with the City of Ephesus, Temple of Artemis and the House of the Virgin Mary being the main Historic Attractions.
For the Kids and for those Young at Heart there are 2 Great Water Parks in Kusadasi, fun for both Adults and Youngsters (Aqua Fantasy and Adaland). Please enquire for further information.

-The Villa offers Internet Connection [Wifi] and this is included within the Rental Cost.
-A Jacuzzi Bath in the Family Bathroom [not a Jacuzzi/Hot tub].
-All windows and doors in the Villa have remote control UPVC Shutters.

Security deposit of £300.00 must be paid up on arrival before your entry and you will receive your deposit once again upon your depature less Air-con/Electric/Water charges and any breakages/damage to the property including bed linen and towels(Badly Stained or damaged towels & bed linen).

Air-con/ Electric/Water charges: This is 75% of the bill you generate during your stay in the property. This amount usually is between £45-£50 per week when used appropriately. The meter will be read when you enter and when you leave.
Please note: If charges exceed £300.00, you must make a payment prior to your departure.

The Aegean Coast region

Hordes of tourists holiday in Kusadasi during the season, touts ensuring they cram in the bazaar, beaches, dozens of restaurants, cafes, pubs & nightclubs.
Kusadasi's clean, sandy beaches are a major drawcard for holidaymakers, whether simply for sunbathing and swimming, or for indulging in a myriad of watersports that are on offer through local operators at the numerous 'beach clubs'. The turquoise Aegean waters are particularly popular for scuba diving and snorkelling. A variety of boat trips are also available. Water-babies will also enjoy Kusadasi's three thrilling aqua-parks, Aquafantasy, Adaland and Longbeach Aquaresort. The Villa is easily accessible via Air, Land and Sea. Located in the Aegean Port Town of Kusadasi, the Villa is 1 hours drive south of Izmir International Airport (ADB) and 1 hour 30 minutes' drive North of Bodrum International Airport (BJV). The Property Manager offer tenants a wide range of Airport Transfer Services from both Izmir and Bodrum Airports (Licensed Small and Larger Vehicles). It is important that you book your transfer services from a Reputable agent as all vehicles carrying Passengers to and from the Airport must be licensed to do so.
Kusadasi has a ship port, catering for the largest ships in the world on a daily basis. Only 1km from the Ship Port there is a Large Yacht Marina.
