About the home

Bir Villa has four double bedrooms 2 twin rooms one has a bathroom the others are all en suite. There is the facility to sleep two extra people on bed settees,There is a 4 bedroomed self contained apartment which makes up the ten bedrooms this can be used if necessary at an extra cost. in the downstairs living accommodation. There is access to an outdoor balcony from all bedrooms. The Villa has three lounges and two kitchens which lends itself to separate living accommodation if required. but does make a wonderful fun family holiday get together. There is a private outside swimming pool and barbecue area. If you need the self contained apartment this has two double and two single bedrooms all en suite with lounge dinner and kitchen prices on request.

On the top floor where the two large bedrooms are you will also have your own living room dinner and kitchen area with a private balcony to the front. In the main villa there are two lounges, the main lounge has music and a television and you walk out onto the pool area from the side patio doors, from the front patio doors you will find the B.B.q area. the other lounge which we call the Blue room is a quiet restful room where you can get away from the sun for a little rest or to read a book in peace. There is also a kitchen and dining room plus two toilets. You would need the self contained apartment to make up the 10 bedrooms but even friends and family like to find there own peace, so many are happy to rent this self contained extra space for themselves.

On the ground floor self contained apartment you will find a small garden and a large patio area to the front with gates leading out to road, there is also a large side patio area where you can find some shade when you need to get away from the sun, from the rear of the property is another large patio where you can play some games and the steps leading up to the pool area

The cost I have given is for the main Villa for a week, if the party is very large then you would also need the self contained apartment, prices on request, If someone just wanted to rent the ground floor then the pool would become a shared pool. i have not ticked the box for wheelchair users because the main villa is not suitable but the self contained apartment has only a couple of steps from the road to the apartment once in the apartment it is all on one floor with your own en suite which has plenty of room for access. The only problem would occur if you wanted to use the pool which is up some steps but I am sure that some one in your party could help you.

Conditions

Access for wheelchairs on the ground floor only. no smoking inside villa but outside it is not a problem.
Refundable deposite of £200 is required to cover any breakages. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure.

The Aegean Coast region

This year they have told me there has been no winter and you can go for a holiday anytime from Jan to Dec, sounds good to me.The area around the Bira Villa is quiet with an olive grove to the left. A ten minute walk away is the popular Ladies beach with Bars and Shops running along the coast, further away is Long Beach, fifteen miles of golden sand if you prefer a more quiet time playing in the beautiful clear Agean waters with just the occasional bar to satisfy any palate.
The surrounding area is full of History and many ships come into Kusadasi Port to go and visit Ephusus one of the seven acient wonders of the world. or you can visit Mary's house where she eventually lived after the death of Jesus. There you will find a natural water spring where they say has healing properties(no cost)
From May to October seems to be the season and you are guaranteed great weather, the other months you may find the days can be sunny, although the nights get colder out of season. The Turkish people are the most helpful and friendly people you would ever wish to meet and are willing to give you their time if they feel they can help you.

The Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area

Just a minute's walk away you can catch a dolmus(small bus) to Kusadasi where you can go to anywhere. Taxis are cheap and many of the restaurants you will find take you home free of charge. There are two water parks packed with fun for all ages. There are lessons in Scuba diving, a great place for water activities. ferries to Samos the Greek island you can see from the balcony of the villa, from there you can travel to other Greek islands. There are a variety of trips, Pumakali the Crystal pools are just one of many historical or interesting places to visit. Turkey is a mixture of cultures and you can understand why they say Istanbul is the Gateway to the East.

“Poor service from agent, only spoilt the holiday” We had given advance notice on how many people would be arriving and times etc, but the villa was still not prepared for or large group. one one floor there was hardly a single bathroom out of 4 bathroom were in working order. One bathroom had no light in there, so we are unable to to use after sunset, The other bathroom the toilet was not working and the room kept getting flooded, the other bathroom sink basin was not working, and the 4th bathroom the shower drain was blocked. the Jacuzzi did not work for 5 days out of the 8 days we were there. there was no air conditioning at all 95% of the rooms - only 2 rooms had air conditioning. We asked for fans as it was very hot there mainly around 38 - 42C, yet not enough fans were supplied and the ones that were didn't function properly. We were promisid alot more than that was delivered. The agent kept promising to sort things out but nothing got done. Villa itself was lovely other than the problems we had. Kusadasi was beautiful.Really enjoyed the outings. Response: i can not understand why these people did not get in touch with me so that i could sort out any problems they may have had. even when they came back they did not get in touch. i have had some very nice comments about the family who are looking after the villa, how helpful and kind they were. i have had no complaints from anyone so i was shocked and upset when i saw this review. we want everyone to enjoy our villa and Turkey we have had some wonderful family holidays there and wanted others to experience this wonderful part of Turkey in our beautiful villa
