Although there is a lift to all floors, the apartment is located on the 1st floor and accessed by just 4 steps from entrance. Suitable for singles, families or "not so young" alike. The open plan living area has a bright modern kitchen with dining area and living with double sliding doors to a balcony for outdoor dining. The apartment is duplex, a marble staircase leads from the 1st floor upstairs to the master bedroom with seaviews and balcony, The main bathroom has a double shower, wash-basin with vanity unit & wc. The 2nd bedroom is compact with twin beds (fan supplied). Situated in a residential area (therefore residents all year) ,the complex is quiet and relaxed yet within very easy reach of the hustle & bustle of Kusadasi. The local mini-bus passes outside the door every 2 mins servicing all local areas. Just 5 mins walk to the main supermarket, although the caretaker will deliver fresh bread, juice etc every morning by order. Rubbish collection is from your door twice daily. For peace of mind, there is 24 hours security.

Within easy reach just 20 mins is the ancient city of Ephesus which houses one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Located nearby you will also find the House of the Virgin Mary believed to be the last resting place of Our Lady. Selcuk's Ephesus Museum is well worth a visit.
There are 3 large Aqua-Parks for families and those looking for plenty of action. Adaland's new addition of a "Dolphin Show" is a huge attraction. Aquafantasy with its fairy castles, water slides and wave pools is deal for an unforgettable day out for all the family. Long Beach Aqua Park is approximately 10kms from the town centre.

Kirazli village is also worth a visit and is easy accessible from Oliva Villa. It has many charming restaurants
and cafes. Kirazli also known as "Cherry Village" famous for its cherries and the "Cherry " festival in May is a must.
