The lounge has been furnished to a high standard & the kitchen is both modern and well equipped with a oven and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, all utensils and ample crockery and glassware for four persons.
There is also air conditioning throughout the apartment which can be controlled separately for each room.
Sea View Apartment is a Non-Smoking apartment. (Smoking on the balcony is permitted)
The management company Eastern Promise Turkey Ltd will care for our guests requirements before and during their stay like airport transfers, car rental, excursions, etc.

There is a minimal charge for your electricity usage. Average weekly cost £12.00

The Kusadasi / Ladies Beach area
Kusadasi is reputed for one of the most attractive cities of the Aegean and is the home to the eighth wonder of the world known as Ephesus. It has one of Turkeys largest shopping bazaars famous for jewelery, leather, Carpets and Turkish crafts. In fact due to the favourable exchange rate these goods become very affordable and are of a very high quality.
Kusadasi also boasts 2 water parks including the largest water park in Europe namely ADALAND .
The coastal area abounds with many safe sandy beaches, Ladies beach is 1km long and easily the most popular with it's clean shallow waters, Sun loungers, parasols, Showers, Quality cafe's and bars. The evening sunsets while sat in a restaurant with a glass of wine, Gazeing over the waves breaking on the beach are a memory everyone will cherish and take home with them.
The Aegean sea offers great oppertunities to try snorkling, Jetski, Parascending, Boat trips and waterskiing.
For children of all ages a visit to the nearby Adaland water park is a must. Also available are Jeep safaries, Quadbike trails, Horse trekking, Market visits and Historic cultural trips. All bookable with the management company and very reasonable(for all trips the transport picks you up)
