Beautifully furnished luxury apartment. Well situated with easy access to Beaches, shops, restaurants, Bars & Local Markets. It has a shared pool with child's pool situated within main pool (May - October). Shared Gym.

15-20 minute walk into Centrum or 2 minutes walk to the Dolmus (local bus) stop and less than a 5 minute ride to the centre of town and beaches. 2 large water parks (Adaland & Aqua Fantasia) for kids young and old are just outside town.

Local sites include; Ephesus 18km. Aydin 65km. Aqua Fantasia aqua park and Spa 20km. Virgin Mary House 29km.

“Excellent” Fantastically spacious, modern, immaculately clean apartment. Air con in every room which was welcomed in the 40+ heat. Extremely well equipped, and the added bonus of a large water cooler. Pool area very clean and had plenty loungers. Bakery directly across the road, and all amenities a short dolmus ride away. Excellent management team available 24/7, and very helpful security staff. great eating places such as, Kalyon Steak house, Planet Yucca, Cafe Centre, Carpedium, The Salt Box, Etche Steakhouse (marina), China Garden, The Castle, Chimino all excellent. Wednesday Market is a must, as is a trip to Ephesis, best to organise this independently as it is cheaper to hire a taxi, with a pre negotiated price, half day visit is long enough to take in the beauty. And all souveneirs can be bought in shops in Centrum as they cost a fortune at Ephesis!!! Nice stroll along the front is a must in the evenings to watch the breathtaking sunsets. Excellent holiday, will definately be back to share this stunning apartment.

“Excellent appartment” We had a great time in the Egel Residence. We arranged a pick up - by the property manager Emre - at the bus station in Soke, and it worked out very well. Before the booking, we had a very good contact with Mrs. Dickson. The apartment itself is very spacious, has two bathroom with good showers. It looks brand new. There is a large pool, nice and quiet in September. The supermarket was very close, and there was a bakery on the opposite of the apartment. we had fresh bread every morning!! Kusadasi is a good place to make side trips to Ephesus, Selcuk, and the Dilek Milli national Park. I certainly can recommend Egel residence.

“Another great stay :)” Second year staying here. Lovely pool, spacious apartment providing amazing room for our family of 5 and not too far away from the city centre/sea front. Easy to book and a great management team.

“A touch of luxury in sunny Kusadasi” Our first impression of this lovely apartment was that the photos don't do it justice. There is everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect including a few tasty morsels in the fridge to get you underway. It is very spacious and our group of 3 couples never got in each others way at all. Beautiful balcony so you can sit and enjoy a chat and a drink in the warm evenings or catch a few rays in the day on the sun beds. Transport down to the town centre was easy with frequent Dolmus and a special thank you to a very friendly security man who ordered us Taxis frequently :-)

“Stunning!” From our first enquiry to Mrs Dickson until the end of our holiday was very easy. We were given a recommendation for our Airport Transfers with our Booking Confirmation & used this company. We were picked up at the airport as soon as our flight arrived & brought directly to the apartment & the same for our return. The apartment was great, spotlessly clean & the photo's on the website don't do it the justice it deserves, it is much better in real life & is well equipped for a self catering holiday. Management team, Onur & Emre are second to none & are on call 24/7. Fantastic bakery opposite the apartment which sells fresh bread for breakfast, straight from the oven & a selection of cakes. Kusadasi has so much to offer for both young & not so young. Fantastic trips including boat trip, quad biking, jeep safari, Ephesus & 2 water parks all at very cheap prices. Recommended restaurants, Sayray, Kulle, Bul Bul, cafe centre, Aylin Bar & Bahane all lived up to our expectations, great value for money & a offer a varied menu. We will definately be booking this apartment again next year.

“A spacious apartment in a beautiful town” We had such a great holiday here in July 2011 that we have already booked our flights for 2012 and we will be booking the apartment again. Everything was managed very well - from booking the apartment to the meet and greet service by the management team in Turkey. The property is very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is within a complex with a large pool, a security team, a small play park and a small gym. There was a mixture of nationalities by the poolside who were great to talk to. The bakery across from the building sold delicious Turkish bread. The apartment is located on the hillside, like most places in Kusadasi, and to get to the promenade and restaurants in the evening, we did have to cross a busy road. However, with 2 children and another in a pram, we enjoyed the walk down and caught one of the very frequent mini buses back up the hill. We loved relaxing by the pool during the day with the children, having space for them in the apartment to cool down in the heat of the afternoon and enjoyed exploring Kusadasi during the evening.
