BOOK EARLY FOR BEST FLIGHT PRICES ! Villa Jasmine is a contemporary villa with FREE WI FI, a spacious open plan marble floored lounge, kitchen and dining area. The Villa is Air Conditioned throughout. A modern kitchen and dining area enhances the feel while the centrally positioned marble staircase leads to the Galleria.

The first floor provides three bedrooms, the master bedroom is complete with en suite, and a modern fully tiled bathroom. Each bedroom has balcony access with view over the pool, gardens and the mountains.

The marble staircase continues to the second floor and a fourth large bedroom enjoying a spacious balcony with a pergola and views over the nearby Aegean sea and Dilek mountains. The second floor also has a mini kitchen with washing machine, convenient for roof top dining or a BBQ.

The villa is located in a prime location overlooking the pool area, children can enjoy the pool safely within view of your own terrace! The pools are open from May to October and each pool has a shallow area for the younger children.

The Kusadasi / Davutlar area

The village is quaint, unspoilt and nestled at the foot of the Dilek Mountians, on the edge of the cosmopolitan resort of Kusadasi. Davutlar is situated 15km south of Kusadasi on the way to National Park. Dilek Thermal Resort located within the village 3km from the beach, with it s fine powdery sand and sparkling clear waters providing a good opportunity for relaxation and water sport, just 10 mins away by minibus every 15 mins from the resort. There is a good supermarket, bakery, restaurant and bazaar within 10 mins walk.

The Davutlar area is covered in the contrasting greens of pines and olive trees. The town is famous for its fragrant fruits and vegetables grown on the fertile lands. The town also has hot springs and thermal baths, with their pleasurable and beneficial effects, which attract many visitors.

Must Do’s in Kusadasi and Davutlar;

1 – Visit the ancient city of Ephesus and the Virgin Mary’s House

A holiday to Kusadasi is not complete without going on a tour to the ruins of the spectacular ancient city of Ephesus and the peaceful Virgin Mary house.

2 – Spend the day at one of Kusadasi’s many beaches

Ladies Beach, Long Beach, Silver Sands Beach or Love Beach, each one offers different activities for a perfect day of relaxation or water sport.

3 – Explore Pigeon Island and visit the museum

Pigeon Island, also known as Bird Island, is the symbol of Kusadasi and where the name Kusadasi (meaning Bird Island) originated from. Visit the Museum inside the old Byzantine Castle or simply sit down and enjoy the panoramic view of Kusadasi.

4 – Go on a Jeep safari and explore the surrounding areas of Kusadasi

Spend the day exploring the mountains of the National Park or the hills behind Sirince in an off road jeep. It’s a fun, dirty day out with constant water fights between the jeeps going on, lunch is included.

5 – Spend the day whizzing down the slides at Adaland or Aqua Fantasy

Adaland and Aqua Fantasy are the two main waterparks in Kusadasi. There are slides, rafting, Jacuzzis, wave pools, ocean pool, trampolines, and bars. The daily capacity if 5000 so it’s better to get in early. As well as an Aquapark, Adaland also a Dolphin Park and a Sea park where you can swim with dolphins, cage dive with sharks or feed stingrays. Adaland is the biggest waterpark in Europe as well as being listed in the top 10 water parks in the world

6 – Pay a visit to the old Greek Village of Sirince

Located 30kms from Kusadasi, is the picturesque village Sirince. The perfect way to step back in time. Walk around the old Greek Village, have a look around old churches, enjoy a traditional Turkish lunch or simply spend your time sampling the homemade fruit wines, the choices are endless. Eat traditional Turkish pancakes known as ‘gozleme’ in one of the many cafes. Take the dolmus to Selcuk and then another to Sirince from the Selcuk bus station.

7 – Visit The National Park for clean crystal clear beaches

Located 15 mins from the Villa you’ll find the beautifully preserved National Park, known in Turkish as the Millipark. Whether you like hiking in the mountain trails or lying on a beach relaxing, the national park is a little piece of paradise. It’s a great place to snorkel or enjoy a picnic on one of the four main beaches.

8 – Take a dip in the Cave of Zeus

Hidden away by trees and flowers before the entrance to the National Park you’ll find the secret and mystical Cave of Zeus. It’s often one of the last stops on a jeep safari as the sparkling clear and deep mineral water inside the cave makes it a perfect place to swim. It’s very very cold during the summer and is a real welcome relief from the searing heat.

9 – Take a boat trip around the bays near Kusadasi or along the National Park

For a more relaxed day out and an excursion from Kusadasi or Guzelcamli by traditional boat, a ‘Gullet’. On the boat trip you can explore Kusadasi Bay from the water, discover different bays, swim in deserted coves and enjoy a nice lunch onboard the Gullet.

10 – Visit a Hamam in Davutlar and have a Turkish bath

Within a 10 min walk from the villa, Davutlar hamam, otherwise known as a Turkish Bath, is a way to relax and learn about the Turkish culture at the same time. Enjoy getting massaged and washed down by someone else as they cover you in soap suds and exfoliate your skin. This is better to do at the beginning of your holiday to make sure that your skin is prepared for a deeper longer lasting tan.

11 – Go to the Degirmen Restaurant

Located 10 mins by car from the villa on the road to Kusadasi you’ll find the Degirmen Restaurant. Set in luscious green grounds with a large pond with lots of ducks and an Indiana Jones rope bridge, a petting zoo, a cafe, a bakery and lots of animals including horses, peacocks, donkeys, chickens, goats and even camels The Degirmen Restaurant is a favourite for families with children. Open all year round the restaurant, with it’s old Turkish decor and log fire offers, a fine menu. There is also a small cafe which serves gozleme and other Turkish snacks.

12 – Shop ’til you drop

Kusadasi is a shoppers paradise. There are lots of tourist shops that sell souvenirs, jewelery, carpets and leather as well as markets, and shopping centres. You can find many fake brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton and Calvin Klein to name but a few. Jeans, handbags, sunglasses, belts and watches seem to be the most popular purchases and you have to haggle over the price. A tip would be to start with a ridiculously high number and gradually work your way down until you feel like you’re getting a good deal. Some shops have price tags on their goods, you don’t need to haggle in them.

13 – Enjoy an evening out at the Turkish Night

The Turkish Night, held in the beautiful old Caravanserai every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, is a night out you won’t forget. With traditional Turkish music, folk dancing and belly dancing it makes for a great evening of traditional Turkish entertainment. Beers and wine are included in the ticket price and you can watch the show whilst dining from a delicious buffet.

14 – Swim with dolphins

Swimming with the dolphins at Adaland’s Dolphin Park or Seapark is an unforgettable experience and one that you will treasure forever. Be at one with the dolphins in the water as they play with you, kiss you and even let you ride around the pool on their belly. Swimming sessions are daily, last 25 minutes and cost €80, which is 153 lira, per person.

15 – Davutlar Thermal Baths

Enjoy a relaxing day at one of Davutlars thermal resorts, just a 10 min walk from the villa – the Natur Med Hotel and Radon Thermal. The Natur Med has a mineral content of 5 grams per litre and a temperature of 41ºC and Radon Thermal has a mineral content of over 6 grams per litre and a temperature of 42ºC. Because they contain so many natural minerals – Turkey’s thermal baths are known to have healing properties and therapeutic effects.

16 – Davutlar Market

The market is held every Sunday just 10 mins walk from the villa. you can find fresh and tasty season vegetables and fruits. Villagers from and around Davutlar bring their fresh crops of fruits and vegetables to sell at the market. Browse around the many stalls where you can pick up bargains.

17 - Kusadasi Market

Travel by minibus to Kusadasi (25mins), the market is close to the main minibus station at the town centre. It is set on a large area. This is more a clothing market, where you can buy inexpensive and quality local productions. You can even find cheap “genuine fake” productions of expensive brands. It is also possible to find shoe and cosmetics as well as home equipment.

Tranfer from Izmir Airport (95KM) from Davutlar approximately 1hr 15 mins.
Transfer from Bodrum Airport (110KM) from Davutlar is approximately 1hr 30 mins.

Although car rental is advisable there is a local minibus service called the 'Dolmus' which allows you access to beaches, the national park called the 'millipark' and you can even take a 'Dolmus' to the explore the area. The "Kusadasi-Davutlar" minibus runs every 30 minutes 50 meters from the resort.

“Wonderful villa” The villa is right by the pool on a safe and friendly complex. The villa is very comfortable and the owners extremely helpful. it is in a prime location, right by the pool. The children made lots of friends and had a brilliant holiday. Highly recommended.
