Just 3 minutes walk from PWTC train station, you can get around town quickly and easily.

Fast wireless internet, air-conditioning, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen make this place a very comfortable home for your stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Relax in the cosy living room, with wonderful views of the city plus cable TV with more than 40 channels.

10MB wireless internet lets you keen in fast contact with friends and family.

There are 3 bedrooms:

Master bedroom - queen-size double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Second bedroom - queen-size double bed.

Third bedroom - single bed with extra pull-out single bed stowed underneath.

As well as the en-suite bathroom, there is a second bathroom. Both have heated power showers, attractively designed basins and dual-flush soft-close toilets.

Solid granite worktops surround the fully-equipped kitchen, with filtered drinking water, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and blender. It's equipped with everything the a chef needs.

The Samsung washer / dryer will take care of your laundry needs. Detergent is provided as well as all the other essentials - bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, face towels, floor mats, toilet paper, kitchen towels and organic soap and shampoo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jake (the owner) a message.

If Jake (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
