The Living room is furnished with fully upholstered 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa. The circular dining table seats 8.
The enclosed balcony is furnished with an arm chair and a 3 seater sofa and a 42 in LCD TV.
The apartment (including the kitchen and laundry room) is fully air conditioned.
The En Suite bathroom has a bath / shower and a separate walk in shower, wash basin and WC .
The shared bathroom has a walk in shower, wash basin and WC.
The bathrooms are fully tiled with hot water water supply to the bath, showers and wash basin.
There is a toilet with Instant Hot water shower off the laundry room
The kitchen is equipped with stain steel appliances comprising built in four burner gas hob, convection oven and corresponding cooker (range) hood, microwave oven, kettle and family size refrigerator.

The Kuala Lumpur / Ampang area
Kampung Warisan is a unique "kampung-like" low density condominium, strategically located along Jalan Jelatek within walking distance [5 mins] to the Setiawangsa Putra LRT station (5 stops from KLCC) or just 5 minutes drive/4kM on the elevated highway to KLCC with its famous landmark the Petronas Twin Towers
There is easy driving access to Bangsar, PJ, and Damansara on the DUKE highway with the entrance ramp just 5 mins drive.
Driving from KLCC city centre Jalan Jelatek is directly off Jalan Ampang.
Ampang is an important commercial and entertainment section of Kuala Lumpur with some small shopping malls such as Great Eastern Mall, Ampang Point and City Square. Some popular night clubs and restaurants are located along the main Jalan Ampang road.
The apartment is so centrally located that getting to places of interest takes minutes either by car or on the LRT. Places of interest for nature lovers include include the National Zoo, Lake Gradens, Bird Park and Butterfly Park, Commonwealth Forest Park, Selayang hot water springs, Forest Reserve (FRIM).

You can go by taxi direct from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to the apartment. The budget taxi normally costs about 20 GBP.
You can also take the monorail from the airport to KL Sentral and change to Putra LRT (Light Rail Transit) network here. The ticket from KLIA to KL Sentral costs about 8 GBP.
Take the LRT to Setiawangsa LRT station (The LRT ticket costs about 1 pound ). The condominium is directly across the road from the Setiawangsa LRT Station.
The journey from the airport to the apartment takes about one hour.
The apartment is easily accessible to all other parts of Kuala Lumpur by LRT, public buses and taxis.
The apartment enjoys two dedicated parking.

The home, location and entire holiday surpassed our expectations hugely - this home is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, perfect views, amenities and surrounding areas. Just a short walk to the train station which takes you to all the main attractions in just a few stops (this is super cheap also). I cannot express how wonderful our experience was in KL. Lisha's place is filled with extras that make you feel right at home - TV, Cable, Wi-Fi. The neighbourhood is secure with friendly 24-hr security staff. Everything you could possible need is taken care of. Ideal for all families. This was the perfect place to stay for a honeymoon - I cannot thank Lisha enough for her kind hospitality. The apartment was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable, clean and peaceful. Very comfortable beds, excellent showers and the bonus of satellite TV so that my husband could catch up with all the football! The pool was amazing, set in lush vegetation, very relaxing. Excellent location - it was a matter of minutes to walk to the MRT station to get into the centre of KL. The Korean restaurant on site was extremely good, as was the Sabah restaurant nearby. Thank you Lisha and also a big thank you to Shasha and Waty who met us on site and made us so welcome. |

We lived in this condo for three months, and it became a part of our lives. The location could not be better in the whole of KL, it is like living in some extravagant jungle resort in the middle of the vibrant city. The Kampung is extremely pleasantly designed, and is just now being totally renewed, from the bottom and up. A beautiful pool area leads into the elevator, which will take you to 5th floor, the top. The only neighbor is a catloving man named Ed and his wife Jamie, they are both really nice and pleasant people. Inside the apartment, there isn't one single thing that does not have its exact place, the furnishing and colors are all carefully picked out to match the beautiful, calm and soothing atmosphere that runs through the whole place. Fantastic beds and bedrooms, bathrooms and a large, well-functioning kitchen with all the equipment you need. There is aircon everywhere and the apartment is generally taken very good care of by Shasha and her mother. It is very easy to get around, because the LRT is right outside the entrance, and the area itself has a number of good restaurants. For me and my family, this apartment and its beautiful surroundings became a dream come true. We weren't planning on going to Malaysia at all, now we definitely will come back, and we are going to live in Kampung Warisan, apartment K5i. We will recommend this place to everyone we know, and hope to come back real soon. |
