Marloth Park is an amazing private residential game reserve. Giraffes, zebras, kudus and many more will come and visit you home!

The house is a nice and big safari-style cottage, thatch roof, large terraces and balconies, with 4 en-suite air con bedrooms and 1 safari-room. It is luxurious (air con, splash-pool …), fully equipped for 10 guests.

Outside are a nice splash-pool for watching the bush and the animals, a "French boules" area, and a large BBQ place (called "braaï" famous in SA). You will enjoy walking along the Crocodile River, border between Marloth and KNP.

The Park is safe, and there are many activities available around (visiting the Kruger Park - the entrance is 25 minutes from the house, daytrips to Swaziland and Mozambique, golf 25 minutes far, horse riding, tiger fishing, and many more).

Further details outdoors

Outside “Les 3 Marulas” has a splash pool to relax in and watch the bush during the hot summer months.

You will enjoy the nice and large "lappa" (BBQ place - see pictures). Giraffe, kudu, impala, zebra, warthog, wildebeest and all kinds of birds are regular visitors. Don't forget to fill-in the water-hole in winter, the animals will come and drink. You also will play "pétanque" as French people do!

We recommend to go along the fence between Marloth Park and Kruger park (200 m from house!), walking or riding at sunset and sunrise, watching Crocdile River : some lucky days you will see the big 5! and many more.

Children will love their stay in Marloh Park! (and so their parents)

The Mpumalanga region

Kruger Park is just a 25 minutes drive from the house for a chance to see the Big 5. You will go by yourself, or with a Guide and his special open car.

Maputo in Mozambique is just a 2 hours drive, including the border crossings - here there are beautiful beach front restaurants.

Swaziland is also close by and well worth a visit for the craft markets and Swazi Villages.

Nelspruit is a one hour drive. Here there is a big Mall. Malelane and Komatipoort are the 2 closer cities (40 and 25 km), with all facilities.

Hiking, horse riding, fishing and golf all nearby.

Many daytrips around, visiting the Blyde River Canyon, the Moholoholo rehabilitation center, and so many.

Kruger Park/Mpumalanga

All commodities are available in the Marloth Park trading centre (1.5 km from the house): grocery, butchery, 2 restaurants, filling-station, ATM, hardware, car renting, car washing…

There also are a large swimming-pool and a tennis court in the Municipality, and it is possible to play golf in both cities next to the Park (25 km).

You will also ride the 5 mountain bikes and play “pétanque” (French boules). We recommend to go riding the bikes along the river, just before the sunset, watching hippos, elephants, lions, buffalos, crocodiles, and many other animals.

You will enjoy the breakfast with champagne in the Lionspruit, visiting the Kruger Park with a Guide and his special open car, day trip to the Mozambique and the Swaziland, horse riding, fishing, hunting… You will easily understand why we fell in love with this place!
