Lemon villa is in the centre of the sleepy lakeside town of Koycegiz. A little off the beaten track; quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of more touristy places such as Dalyan etc. Spend afternoons and evenings in one of the many charming lakeside tea gardens and restaurants.
The house benefits from 3 air conditioned bedrooms and an open plan kitchen lounge leading through patio doors to the terrace and pool. Your own private garden and pool is perfect for outdoor living - barbeques, swimming, playing, sun bathing, reading and relaxing. Ideal for families looking for peace and relaxation.

We offer our own very reasonable airport transfer service.
Conditions
Linen is supplied but guests are asked to bring their own pool towels.
Cleaning and linen changed once a week (free of charge)
Pool cleaning carried out by arrangement (free of charge).
A 25% deposit is payable on booking. Balance due three weeks before start of your holiday.
For use of air conditioning we charge between 150 to 250 Turkish Lira per week (depending on month) which is payable on arriival. Any unused funds will be refunded and any excess use will be charged at the end of your holiday.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This part of the turquoise coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is steeped in history . Checkout Iztuzu, Kayakoy, Ekincik, Saklikent, Kaunos to name but a few.
Visit beautiful beaches all along this part of the turquoise coast. Good local bus service to Ekincik beach - a stunning journey over the mountain with unbelievable views of the lake. Iztuzu beach is famous for its conservation and care of carretta turtles.
The Koycegiz area
Koycegiz is famous for its wildlife, birdwatching and excellent fishing opportunities. Relax day and or night in a lakeside tea garden or restaurant. There is a beach and swimming in the lake is to be recommended.
Visit Dalyan for a touristy day out. Plenty of shopping, bars restaurants etc. Eat and drink in one of the many delta river restaurants.
A day long boat trip, including lunch and off boat diving is a must. Monday is market day in Koycegiz and people come from miles around to experience all the sights, sounds and smells it has to offer.
Rafting, horse riding, jeep safari trips etc available for the brave!
