The Coastal Montenegro / Boka Kotorska Fjord region
The locals are very friendly. The scenery is spectacular, and weather superb. There are fabulous sea food restaurants in the area. Kotor town is a 5 minute drive.
Perast, Budva, Sveti Stefan and the National Parks of Lovcen and Skadar are all a short drive away. The local currency is the euro. Beaches are a half hour drive.
Kotor / Muo area
The apartment is situated in Muo, 2km from the UNESCO protected town of Kotor. Muo is a small local village, which is just outside Kotor town.
It is an ideal base to explore the coast Montenegro, so car hire is recommended. The bay has small pebble beaches, and jetties for sunbathing and swimming, and sandy beaches are a 15 minute drive. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance.
