Relax in our charming old fishermans stone cottage with one large bedroom upstairs containing 2 single beds and sofa for watching the world go by from the large bedroom window. Further double bed settee downstairs in living room making cottage suitable for family, 2 couples or group of singles.

Sit and have a glass of wine or sunbathe on stone punta in front of property across narrow road at waters edge, or use garden furniture to sit in front of property looking at the stunning scenery or having a BBQ. Small boat available for hire with the cottage. Parking in front of property by waters edge or directly in front of cottage inside gated concrete hardstanding. Further parking 150yds towards Prcanj.

The Boka Kotorska Fjord region

The Bay of Kotor in Montenegro, is a stunningly beautiful winding bay off the Adriatic Sea,framed by steep mountainsides. There are closeby many picturesque towns such as Kotor, Risan, Tivat which are a big draw for tourists due to their outstanding beauty and natural surroundings.

The sleepy hamlet of Muo lies 2km from the Medieval town of Kotor on the dramatically beautiful Boka Kotorska fjord. It is about one and a half hours from Dubrovnik by scenic road and short roll on/off 5 minute ferry ride. Mountains rise high above the fjord on both sides ideal for walking, cycling or hiking through.

Or take a car or coach ride up the hairpin bends on the mountain range to the beautiful Skadar Lakes for an excellent day trip. 30 minutes from Kotor lies the Adriatic coastal resort of Tivat and Budva, and a little further on famous Sveti Stefan.

Relax and unwind with a glass of local wine on stone punta beside the still turquoise waters of the fjord, 5 metres from your cottage door, across the narrow road skirting the fjord, breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

20min walk to the UNESCO World Heritage medieval town of Kotor. Ideal for day trips to Skadar Lakes and Dubrovnik, also along the coast to Budva and Sveti Stefan. Also ideal for cosy winter use as property has log burner and stack of wood as well as hot air heating

Local activities include - Diving, Swimming, Walking, Sailing, Cycling, Fishing, Horse Riding, Wind-surfing, Water skiing, Mountain biking and mountaineering

How to get there

Astraeus and British Airways are the cheapest flights into Dubrovnik with Ryanair soon planning into Tivat. Tivat is only about 15 minutes drive away and serviced by Montenegro Airlines.

Easyjet and Flybe also flies into Dubrovnik and Ryanair is soon to fly into Tivat.

- The Large Bedroom has marvelous sea and mountain views through the front shuttered windows. Wardrobe. Chest of drawers, large wall mirror, settee and armchair facing the window to make the most of the views. The twin beds can be pushed together to be made up as large double and can also sleep a small child on the settee
- In the downstairs living room is a large double sofa bed to sleep 2 people.
- Dining area with table and 4 chairs.
- Log burning stove in living area ideal for cosy winter lets.
- Kitchen fully equipped and with crockery china etc.
- Linen and Hand towels provided but not Bath and Beach towels.

- A small Motorboat is available for hire outside the cottage.
