The apartment which is newly built, is just 2 minutes walk {50 metres} from the beach with its warm crystal clear waters and beautiful views across the bay of Kotor to the lovely villages of Perast and Dobrota. There are also a number of local bars and restaurants. The historic walled town of Kotor is only a 15 minute drive away. Local buses are also available to Kotor and Tivat or if you wish, the local red taxis are also very reasonable. For those who wish to explore the beautiful countryside you are ideally situated for all your sightseeing trips around the peninsular.

The Boka Kotorska Fjord region
The historic town of Kotor is a labyrinth of side streets in which you will find many churches shops and boutiques, it just oozes with atmosphere and history.. There are many squares and piazzas, each with its own pavement cafes and restaurants, which after exploring the town you can just sit eat and drink al fresco and watch the world go by. When evening falls the town takes on a completely new romantic feel when the bars and the shops are lit up
Kotor / Stoliv area
There are many places within easy reach of Stoliv. 25 minutes away is Jazz with its fantastic beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the adriatic. Here you can hire jet ski,s at very reasonable price,s and there are many small bars and restaurants Across the bay are the picturesque waterfront towns of Perast and Dobrotor. Both have romantic waterside restaurants were the food is excellent and very reasonably priced. 25 minutes away is the old historic town of Hercig Novi which is well worth a visit to explore its beauty.
How to get there
Fly into Dubrovnik airport. Stoliv is 50 km from the airport. Flights are available with British Airways and Croation Airlines from London Gatwick JAT airlines fly into Tivat airport every Saturday which is approx. 30 minutes from the apartment. Car is recommended. Car hire is available from the airport. There are several companies operating, we have found Economy Car Rental .com. particularly helpful. The jorney from the airport to Stoliv is very easy and straightforward and should take approx. one hour, depending on the border crossing with Croatia - Montenegro. The border is approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Full travel details will be supplied on booking.

Further details indoors: The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and offers a comfortably furnished lounge with double sofa bed and air conditioning. There is a balcony with stunning views of the bay. Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob/oven and fridge freezer. Double bedroom fully fitted. Bathroom with shower. Washing machine provided. Plentiful supply of quality bed linen, bathroom and beach towels.

Linen changed and apartment cleaned before arrival and once a week by English speaking neighbour, on site.

25% of rental fee required on booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday date. A refundable deposit of £50 will be required with the balance, to cover keys and breakages. Deposit refunded, subject to return of keys and property inspection.
