The property has been restored to a high standard which can be seen by the photos.It is frontline,only 5 meters from the sea.It looks directly across the Bay to the magnificent Old town of Kotor,views fron the jetty are breathtaking.Kotor with its numerous restaurants,bars and shops is only a 10 minute walk away.kotor is a UNESCO protected town.There are no cars within the town only cobbled streets and alleys.Boat trips are available from the marina outside where there is also a daily fresh food market selling organic products.From within the 'OldTown' are the steps to the fort with stunning views of the Boka Bay,which claims the title of the deepest fjord in the Adriatic,officially on the list of'The Most Beautiful Bays in the World'.

The Boka Kotorska Fjord region

Boka Kotorska bay is one of the most beautiful bays of the world.It consists of four connected straits.High cliffs surround Boka Kotorska bay from all sides that reflect in the deep blue water of the Adriatic Sea.Seven islands decorate the bay; Sveti Marko,Mamula,Gospa od Skrpjela,Sveti Djordje,Milosrdja,Ostrvo cveca and Ma Gospa.On the road around Boka Kotorska bay there are a chain of cities that by their characteristics can tell a lot and one of them is Kotor, city of World Cultral Heritage.The climate in Montenegro is very pleasant with long hot summers and short mild winters.

Located along one of Montenegro's most beautiful bays is Kotor.a city of traders and famous sailors,with many stories to tell.The Old City of Kotor is well preserved and typical of the Middle Ages,built between the 12th and 14th cuntury.Medieval architecture and numerous monuments of cultural heritage have made Kotor an Unesco listed "World Natural and Historical Site".Through the entire city the buildings are criss-crossed with narrow streets andsquares.Carnivals and fiestas are organised each month to give additional charm to this most beautiful city.You simply can not afford to miss a visit to Kotor!

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking.Final payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.You will be met by an English speaking agent who will show you the apartment and will request a 150 euro breakage/damage deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay.Linen and towels are provided.
