The apartment is on the top (2nd floor) of a traditional building and therefore is not overlooked & has stunning views. It consists of 3 good size bedrooms; 2 fully equipped bathrooms & a superb lounge/diner/kitchen. The air conditioning ensures that the temperature is cool in summer & warm in winter. The garden offers plenty of space & catches the late afternoon sun.
Watch the sun rise over the mountains in front of you and set behind those at the rear. Look across to Kotor Old Town 0.4 miles across the bay (10-15 mins walk), and listen to the Cathedral bells chime on the wind. Watch the boats and cruise liners reach the very furthest point of the fjord. Look left along the fjord for a view you will photograph many times as the light of day constantly changes. A small grocery shop is on the ground floor.

The Coastal Montenegro / Boka Kotorska Fjord region
The Boka Kotorska bay is fascinating, providing many miles of driving/walking around the fjord until you reach the Adriatic Sea. Around the fjord are many interesting fishing villages. Along the nearby Adriatic coast are the other old walled towns of Dubrovnic and Budva. The coastline is rugged; scenic and magical.
There are many small beaches from 15 mins by car on Lustica and the Adriatic coast. Many walks in the surrounding mountains
The Boka Kotorska fjord is the southernmost in Europe & affords stunning views from any position around its 50km coastline. Climb the twisting mountain roads high above the fjord for the most dramatic, and even see across to the Adriatic Coast. Montenegro truly is the undiscovered 'Pearl of the Adriatic'. It also boasts a wonderful climate.
The coastline is stunning but inland it is even more beautiful and dramatic. Make a short break (1 or 2 nights away) to explore the best of the mountain ranges, ravines; canyons; gorges; forests; sea; beaches; birds & wildlife. Here there is also a wealth of outdoor activities including white water rafting & canoeing; hanggliding; paragliding; microlighting; rock & mountain climbing; mountain biking; twitching; sailing; snorkeling etc
Kotor / Muo area
Kotor is a town with UNESCO World Heritage protected walls and buildings many centuries old. Its narrow cobbled streets twist and turn and constantly provide a delight around every corner. It is traffic free and can be both peaceful and lively. Kotor boasts many historical attractions especially the semi circular old wall which is a 'must do'. The town has many lively squares; pubs; cafes and restaurants, and a night scene to keep the young and young at heart contented. Boats trips and watersports can be accessed from Kotor waterfront.

The wonderful Old Town of Kotor is just 1km (10-15 mins walk) round the fjord. The walk takes you past a number of shops; and bars etc.
Both within walking distance and a short drive the area abounds with many excellent restaurants.
