You'll feel instantly welcom at Kiansom Boutique Cottage with features such as TV/DVD in the loundge and bedrooms, cozy and nicely decorated furniture, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a sepatated wet and dry kitchens and wireless internet connection. From our cottage to the market, banks, club, fast food and seafood restaurants, it takes about 4km. Be our guest, embrace by the beauty of the nature and tranquility !!

Fruits Basket provided upon check in. We wish to make you feel home by providing a selection of books and DVD discs for you to enjoy. House keeping servide for guests who stay more than 5 nights or longer (interim service). We also provide special service for catering event and retreat purpose such as wedding reception, family outing, company outing and private event.

Pizza & Pasta - Little Italy Restaurant is my favor.
Local Delicacies - Chicken Rice, Bak Kut teh, Malay food are great.

Places of interest around our villa include Kiansom Height Waterfall; Kasih Sayang Resort which you could have a wonderful Kota Kinabalu Likas Bay view; Orchid Farm with assorted beautiful flower; Mari-Mari Cultural Village; Inanam Township that you could find local delicacies, fast food restaurant, banks, seafood restaurant and Gaya Sport and Recreation Centre with reflexology and massage service.
