About the home
The Tower House is located on a hill side with an easy ten minute walk to the beach and selection of public swimming pools. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes drive from Kefalos or Kamari Bay, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including water sports, boat trips, a variety of shops and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
You may book the villa for exclusive use SELF-CATERING, or by the room on a BED & BREAKFAST basis.
The villa benefits from being located away from the noise of the tourist night life in its own three and half acres of private grounds with shaded corners for sitting and relaxing.
All eight bedrooms have large south sea facing balconies or patios and there is a large roof sun terrace. Leading from the lounge and dining room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, which is furnished with a swinging seat and tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
With seven spacious twin bedrooms, all with en suites, the villa is ideal for the larger family or group, with plenty to see and do on Kos and the near by islands.

The Aegean Islands region
Kos is the second largest island in the Dodecanese chain of islands in the Aegean. It lies about 5 miles from the Turkish coast, about 2 miles south of the Greek island of Kalymnos and 2 miles north of the volcanic island of Nissyros.
The First Father of Medicine, Hippocrates, was born in Kos, and the Hippocratic Oath is still taken by newly qualified doctors today. There are many interesting archaeological sites from early Greek and Roman times through to the times of the Crusaders.
May to October is the dry season, usually enjoying wall to wall blue skies and sunshine, with a cool north breeze.
The Kos / Kefalos area
Kefalos is at the south west end of the island and is by far the most tranquil of the coastal villages.
Kamari Bay is renowned for good windsurfing because of the constant off shore breeze. Windsurf and sailing schools, powered watersports and sunbeds are available for hire on the beach.
Local hotels offer free use of their swimming pools. There are plenty of tavernas and restaurants to suit most tastes and budgets.
Festivals include that of St John, Panayia and the Honey Festival, all held in August.

From the UK, EasyJet fly direct from Gatwick and Ryanair fly direct from Liverpool, both at extremely competitive fares. Ryanair also flies to Kos direct from Lithuania (Kaunas), Italy (Milan-Bergamo, Bologna), Germany (Frankfurt Hahn), Brussels and Oslo (Rygge).
Many tour operators offer flight only deals on charter flights to Kos from most UK regional airports. You can also get to Kos via ferries from Athens or Scheduled Flights via Athens.
15 Minute Transfers to the Villa can be arranged when you book. Car hire is very economical in Kos and can be arranged with your booking. If you wish, you can book to pick up the car and return it to Kos Airport on departure.

On selected weeks we offer a Bed and Breakfast Hotel Services so that The Tower House can be enjoyed by couples and small groups. Please ask for rates and availability, if you are interested in this service.
If you wish to come for two weeks or more, we will offer you a special rate.
If your party is a size not quoted above, or is less than 8 people please contact us and we will quote a rate for your group.
If you are booking more than 12 weeks ahead and pay in full at time of booking we will give you a discount of 5%.
Methods of Payment: Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque.
Refundable £200 security deposit required with final balance payment.
