Our five airy villas are stylish and contemporary in design. Cool white marble, beamed ceilings, a modern palette of colours and stunning sea and mountain views make this the perfect holiday destination.


The villas have been designed with comfort in mind and provide plenty of space in which to relax. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa, satellite tv and dvd player and we provide an extensive range of complimentary dvds for our guests’ use.

Bedrooms offer kingsize beds with orthopaedic mattresses and crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen to ensure a good night’s sleep. Marble and tiled bathrooms are fresh and modern with ample hot water.

Free wifi is available throughout the resort so for those needing to keep in touch with work it couldn’t be more convenient.

The Peloponnese region

Discover the coastal village of Methoni, with its vast 15thC Venetian Fortress, bustling Finikounda and Pylos, where the Battle of Navarino Bay was fought in 1827. Significant local archaeological sites include Ancient Messini founded in 371BC, the fascinating ruins of the fortress town of Mystras, Sparta with its ancient port of Gythio and, of course, historic Olympia.

For lovers of the outdoors we can suggest myriad walks along meandering coastal paths or through inland villages. There is also the nature reserve at Gialova, near Pylos, a protected wetlands area that is home to many species of birds and close to glorious beaches. Smaller motor boats can be hired in Pylos leaving you free to explore Navarino Bay and the more sophisticated stretch of cafes and restaurants at Gialova. The freshwater pools at Polynlimnio waterfalls are the perfect place to cool down on a hot day. The stunning horseshoe bay at Voidokilia is certainly worth a visit.

The Koroni area

Koroni with its 13thC Venetian Castle is a lively small town famous for its busy waterfront of chic cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

Windsurf, sail or take a skippered boat to your own secluded island to picnic and explore. Golf has come to the region! Several international standard courses are under construction while the first course opened in May 2010.

By air: Many International airlines fly directly into Athens. Between May and October charter services fly into Kalamata airport - a 40 minute drive away. Flights operate from UK, Holland, Germany and Scandinavia. There are also flights into Araxos airport which is near the port of Patras.

By car: The journey from Athens via Corinth, takes about three and a half hours and takes you through some stunning scenery. Hiring a car and driving down is the easiest way to get to BanSala. There is a good local car hire service in Koroni.

Ferries: An excellent ferry service operates with sailings from Venice, Ancona and Bari . Ferries sail to Igoumenitsa and Patras from where there are trains to Kalamata as well as a decent road which takes approximately three hours to reach BanSala.

Buses: There is a good bus service between Kiffisos Bus Station in Athens and Kalamata with buses running almost hourly from 05:00 until about 23:00. The trip takes about three and a half hours. There are local buses which go between Kalamata and Koroni and a taxi is also a good option. Buses between the airport and Kiffisos are regular and take about 45 minutes.

Trains: Traveling by train isn't the most time efficient way of getting around Greece but if you do have some time on your hands then it can be a very pleasant way to travel.
