This large apartment is situated on the top floor of the villa has three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, cabinets, central heating etc. Full bathroom with bath, shower, sink, toilet, heater and cabinet with mirror also shower room with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, heater and washing machine. Has large separate kitchen with fireplace/indoor BBQ and with all facilities and large terraces and gardens complete with two large stone tables, chairs, garden swing seat, sun canopy and large stone BBQ.

The villa is situated on the sea front with excellent views of sea and Peljesac peninsula with local supermarket next door to villa and is within easy walking distance to town. Car parking spaces are available in front of villa.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region

Korcula is one of Croatia's most popular islands and is the birth place of the famous traveller Marco Polo. It is ideal for walking and cycling and there is a local diving school. Water visibility is superb and ideal for snorkelling. During season there are many outdoor concerts and Moreska sword dancing every week.

There are many places to relax along the sea and trips available including fishing and fish picnics with local water taxis available all through season .

Korcula area

Within a 5 minute walk to town you can find scuba diving, boat hire, car hire and can take various day trips to other islands and water taxis and buses to other parts of Korcula. There are many bars/cafes, restaurants and shops in the town with access to larger ferries to Split and Dubrovnik. The old town is enclosed within stone walls with many old churches, art galleries, shops, museum and various cafes/restaurants.

How to get there

- Flights to Dubrovnik or Split with bus and ferry connections to Korcula.
- Cheap flights to Dubrovnik with Easyjet, Thomsonfly, British Airways plus many more during season.
- Cheap flights to Split with Easyjet and Jet2 plus more airlines during season.
- There are regular bus services outside both airports into Dubrovnik and Split with connecting buses and ferries to Korcula Island daily. From centre of town/ferry port it is less than a five minute taxi ride to Villa Marin.
- Alternatively a car can be hired from both airports and a map/directions will be sent to you by owner.

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking on receipt of which a written confirmation will be sent. The balance to be paid on arrival in Euros.

Full Croatian Tourist Tax is included in price.

Where a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit, bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of arrival.
