About the home

These apartments offer you comfort, privacy and the sheer joy of wonderful sea views which include stretches of open sea, other islands large and small and the mountainous coast of the mainland some five or six kilometres away. Only 15 meters to the beach and 100 meters to the centre of a small and historic township renown for it's wine and wine growing region, beaches and wonderful views of the islands, mainland and the Adriatic sea.

These are front row apartments with superb views of the sea, islands and nearby beaches.Each apartment can sleep up to 4 people and has:
- one living room with 2 sofas and a telephone
- one bedroom with 2 beds (extra bed possible)
- one bathroom (shower/WC)
- one kitchenette
- one terrace on the seaward side
Each apartment has been renovated, equipped with new furniture, air conditioning and SAT-TV.
The total surface area of each apartment is approximately 40 m2 including the verandah.Despite closeness to the marina, beaches, cafes and shops, these apartments still retain their privacy, seclusion and a freshness of air that only old, established pine trees can offer.

These apartments are ideal location for those who want to relax and enjoy the stunning views and activities that this area offers.The beach is located between the apartments and the marina. There you can hire parasols, deck chairs or motor boats.You can participate in a wide variety of water sports or simply sit back with a drink or snack.
"Lina" is the nearby a-la-carte restaurant which serves dalmatian and other specialties including "Grk" the famous dry white wine from Lumbarda.

The Korcula / Lumbarda area

Korcula is an extermely beautiful island situated off the central Dalmatian coastline. It is one of the most forested Adriatic islands. Ideally located between historic town of Split and Dubrovnik the jewel of the Adriatic, Korcula provides for an ideal one stop holiday from which day trips to other islands (Hvar, Mljet, Lastovo) as well as to Dubrovnik can be made.

Transfer from Dubrovnik airport or Dubrovnik town are arranged and provide for a very convenient way of arriving to the apartments.Ryan Air, Wizzjet, British Airways, SkyEurope to either Split or Dubrovnik. From Split by catamaran or ferry daily to Korcula. From Dubrovnik also by ferry, bus, mini bus or private transfer.

“What a beautiful place” The apartment has unobstructed views of crystal clear sea water and islands. It is very well located right on the beach and less than 100 metres from shops and restaurants; it also has as a very good restaurant on site. The apartment was very well set up with everything we needed for our stay of a week. It is light and airy and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful and English was not a problem for them, thank heavens given our Croatian was very poor. We were able to park our car for free right out the front of the property.

“Good value, convenient accommodation in a wonderful environment” Apartments are clean and well maintained, with helpful staff.Location is almost on the beach, with wonderful views through pines across the water to islands and the town of Orebic on the mainland at the foot of a mountain. Swimming at the beach right in front of the apartments is great, and there are other good beaches to walk to nearby. There are several good restaurants in Lumbarda, plus shops and a little market if you want to do some cooking for yourself, which we did sometimes, although cooking facilities are limited to hotplates. We had a wonderful series of relaxing days on our holiday.
