About the home

This apartment has invested a lot of love and attention to our guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
If you long for summer crowds, restaurants, cafes, shops, everything is close at hand, a few minutes from home. If you want to spend a quiet evening, large terraces full of greenery are ideal for privacy.
Interior of the house was used in several scenes of popular Croatian telenovela "Lara's Choice" and the movie "The Lost Prince" The series has been sold to over seventeen countries worldwide.

The first floor apartment has one bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed, bathroom, large kitchen(dishwasher) and a terrace.

A beautiful old town, Moreška dancing, Marco Polo's house, surrounded by shops and restaurants to enjoy original dishes from the sea.
Come and enjoy the charms of a city that takes you back to another time...

To the island of Korcula, you can come in several ways, depending on whether you arrive by car or arrive at the airport Split and Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik Airport (Cilipi) is only 100 km away.
Driving from Dubrovnik to Orebic (peninsula Peljesac) takes just over an hour. From Orebic to Korcula you have ferry and passenger ship. The ride takes 15 min.
Split is connected with Korcula by ferry and catamaran lines.
Catamarans take just under 3 hours.

“Great choice!” Marta is charming, beautifully furnished with antiques and well-located. Anita, the owner was quick to respond to all of our emails during the booking process. Then, upon our arrival, she met us at the Port and helped us carry our luggage to her apartment--just a short distance from the Port. We thought it was exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful that she provided us with soft drinks, water, milk, snacks, bread and some snack foods. If you want privacy, a good location and an attentive host, we feel you will be pleased that you decided to stay at Marta. “beautifully appointed,great location,sincere owner” a beautiful apartment in the centre of town yet an oasis of calm and peace, our toddler enjoyed the courtyard garden whilst we dined alfresco. the owner was very helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble she even met us as we got off the bus from dubrovnik. there are plenty of mini markets and bread and cake shops all around to stock up and lovely restaurants along the walls of the old town whose entrance is only a stones throw from the apartment. we would certainly stay here again

“Well-equipped, well appointed apartment with lots of character” The location of this first floor apartment was great - on a traffic-free alleyway from where it is a 2-3 minute walk to the old town and 2-3 minutes walk to the theatre where performances of traditional sword dancing are held. The bus station, marina and ferries are also very close by. This historic apartment is comfortable, very well equipped, nicely decorated and furnished in keeping with its character and felt homely. We appreciated the welcoming touches such as the provision of milk, bread, drinks and snacks.

“Feeling like home” I was really surprised how cosy and clean was the apartment. I it was nice to be in a quiet historical center of the town, close to restaurants, shops, beaches, one step to Old Town. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, and could you imagine - they sent me flowers for my birthday, it was really great. We combined Korcula visit with Split, Dubrovnik and Ston. Transport facilities is fine. I would suggest the apartment for romantic holiday, for family holiday, and also for quiet relaxing holiday.

“Lovely and spacious apartment” The apartment is tastefully appointed and the host Anita is very helpful. It is close to the pier and the main bus station so serves as a very good base to explore islands like Hvar and city of Split. Wonderful kitchen if you like to cook. Very enjoyable stay.
