The villa offers guests a property that has a Thai-Asian theme but also provides guests with a modern western standard. What will first get guests’ attention are the phenomenal views that can be seen all throughout the villa. Even the bathrooms provide guests with scenic views of the ocean, the nearby bay and sub-tropical countryside.

Both the exterior grounds and interior rooms are kitted out in a luxurious and lavish style. The grounds house a beautiful and grand swimming pool. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and umbrellas, offering guests the chance to enjoy an afternoon relax or even a nap.

Kitchen Description:
For those looking to undertake some self-catering, the villa has a kitchen that will make meal preparation a pleasure. Equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob, over, microwave and much more, the kitchen is of a modern western standard. Also on offer at the villa is a menu which guests can order from by making a quick call to the property’s reception. Staff will both order and collect your food from local restaurants.

Living Room Description:
The lounge comes with a host of technology entertainment options. There is a large flat screen TV upon which can be watched any of the multitude of satellite TV channels. Another great feature is that the internet can be surfed on the TV, allowing you to browse the web from the comfort of the luxurious sofa found in the room. There is also a stereo for listening to music and if guests bring a DVD player this can be attached to the TV. The lounge area holds space for two extra sleeping spots, thus allowing the villa to sleep a maximum of six people.

Dining Room Description:
Dining takes place on a 78sqm outdoor terrace with views of the ocean and surrounding jungle that will leave guests in amazed. The terrace has a large dining table that can seat up to eight people. The table area is covered meaning daytime eating there is not uncomfortably hot.

Bedrooms Description:
The villa has two bedrooms; both come with comfortable queen size double beds which face the ocean. Guests can enjoy the sea views from the moment they wake up to the moment they fall asleep. Both bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. Guests may find that the air-conditioning units are not needed as the rooms often have cool sea breezes flowing into them from ocean.

Bathroom Description:
Both bathrooms are en-suite and have a stylish, modern décor. Of particular note is the way the bathrooms have been designed. Each bathroom is open sided, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views whilst in the shower.

Location:
The villa lies just 600 meters away from Ba Kantiang Bay, where guests will find sublime white-sand beaches as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The villa itself lies nestled on a hill overlooking the bay which gives the property its breathtaking views. For ultra-convenience, the property’s management provides a shuttle that will take guests directly to the beach.

At just 3km away there is a nature trail and caves, great for those looking to do some exploring. To the south is Mu Koh Lanta National Park where guest can try out elephant trekking and also take in the stunning jungle that can be seen there, both upon arrival and also on the journey there.
The property has a reception where staff are on hand to assist with guests booking day trips or activities. The staff will also help with tasks such as vehicle booking and are happy to answer any questions or queries guests may have.

The South Thailand / Krabi region

The main reason people come to Lanta for a holiday is because it is relatively peaceful, it retains its original Thai charm, and has some stunning beaches. You are unlikely to ever feel crowded out by other tourists in Lanta.

There are hundreds of restaurants and bars, many of them right on the beach

There are many beautiful islands in the area, and it is easy to join boat trip tours to see them. There are some very good dive sites nearby, and great swimming and snorkelling too.

Non-beach activities include elephant trekking or a trip to see some monkeys. Sites to visit include a National Park, Lighthouse, Waterfall, and Cave. It is worth a trip to visit the Lanta Old Town, and you can also visit a sea gypsy village

The Koh Lanta Island / Ba Kang Tiang Beach area

The weather here is generally hot all year round. It cools slightly in December and January, which is the busiest time for tourism. It is referred to as the peak season and the price of accommodation goes up accordingly.

The months of November and February through to end April are also very popular and the weather is usually very good. From May to October it sometimes rains a lot, there is not a lot of tourism, many places close down, and for those that stay accommodation is much cheaper.

Flying from Bangkok to Koh Lanta Island
Nok Air, Air Asia, Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways all provide. Daily flights from Bangkok to Krabi Airport.
Krabi Airport is not far from Koh Lanta pier.

1) Private Minivan Transfer from Krabi airport to Koh Lanta
The journey time from Krabi Airport to Koh Lanta is between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. The time varies as there are car
ferry crossings between the main land to the islands.

2) Transfer from Phuket , Ao Nang (Krabi) and Railay Bay (Krabi) to Koh Lanta by Ferry
A daily ferry runs from Rassada Pier on Phuket to Koh Lanta via Ao Nang and Railay Bay during November to April. The ferry departs at around 8.30 am from Phuket and stops at Ao Nang (10.30 am) and Railay Bay
(10.45 am) before continuing to Koh Lanta ( arriving around 12.45 pm)

3) Transfer from Krabi Town and Koh Jum to Koh Lanta by Ferry
A daily ferry runs from Krabi Town to Koh Lanta via Koh Jum during November to April. The ferry departs at around 11.00 am from Krabi and stops at Koh Jum before continuing to Koh Lanta and arriving around 13.00 pm

4) Transfer from Krabi Town to Koh Lanta by Fast Boat 53 seats.
The 2 times daily fast boat runs from Krabi Town to Koh Lanta during November to April. Depart time at around 11.30 am and 3.30 pm from Krabi Town and arriving around 12.30 pm and 4.30 pm to Koh Lanta

5) Transfer from Bangkok by the train (to Trang station) The 2 times daily train from Bangkok Railroad Station around 5.00 and 6.00 pm and arriving around 8.00 am and 10.30 am to Trang Town.
And then transfer from Trang by the minibus (van) to Koh Lanta. The journey time from Trang to Koh Lanta is between 2 to 3 hours. The time varies as there are car
ferry crossings between the main land to the islands.

6) Transfer from the famous travel place everywhere in South Thailand (Phuket , Koh Samui , Khao Lak , Krabi , Huahin , Hat Yai ,ETC) to Koh Lanta by minibus charter.

7) Tranfer from Koh Lipe (Satun) to Koh Lanta
A daily fast boat runs from Koh Lipe to Koh Lanta via Koh Bulone , Koh Mook , Koh Ngai during November to April. The boat departs at around 9.00 am from Koh Lipe and arriving around 12.00 pm to Koh Lanta
