South Point Villa caters exclusively to those in search of absolute privacy, peace and tranquillity, to be pampered by our courteous staff and enjoy true Sri Lankan style living.

Ideal for families with little children and groups as the adjoining property can be booked for large groups, who wish to be together yet have the privacy of their own villa. Each villa has its own private pool, garden and staff.

South Point Villa has 3 large spacious air conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Spectacular views of the Indain Ocean from the bedrooms, verandah, deck, pool and garden. Fully staffed, 24 hours service available.

Meal may be provided as follows -
- A la carte menu available. All meals may be discussed with the chef.
- Meals may be provided on a set menu basis.
On request BB, HB and FB rates can be advised.
- On arrival guests may contribute a cash float which is managed by the manager.
According to your needs the cook or houseboy will purchase whatever food you require and submit the bills.

Most vegetable and fruits are purchased daily from the farms. Fresh prawns, seafood, live crabs and lobster bought to the villa by fishermen.

Guests are welcome to walk into the kitchen and watch the chef prepare the dishes or make their own dish.

Koggala / Galle area

South Point Villa is 20 minutes past the UNESCO declared heritage city of Galle. 15 minutes from the turtle hatchery and Hadunagoda tea factory where white tea is manufactured. Tea tours are conducted and many varieties of teas available for tasting and purchasing.

15 to 20 minutes to Mirissa where whales and dolphin watching excursions can be arranged.

The location is excellent for wind surfing, snorkelling and deep sea fishing. Plenty of boats available to go out to sea or to cruise around Koggala lake. 5 minutes to upmarket dining. 3 hours from the wild life parks.

How to get there

Airport pick up and drop can be arrange on request. Luxury cars and vans available.

Air Taxi / helicopter service available to Domwatic airport at Koggola (4 km from villas): arrangements can be made on request depending on availability.

Easy travel from villa to Galle and and other tourist attractions by local taxi's and luxury vehicles.

Sea Room
Has spectacular view of the ocean, can be used as a family room, two queen size four poster beds draped with mosquito nets. Large sliding windows open out to the wooden deck, boarded wooden floor,TV, air conditioning & fan.

Pond Room
Overlooks a carp pond with beautiful water lilies and water plants, a king size four poster bed draped with mosquito nets. Boarded wooden floors. TV, air conditioning & fan.

A well laid garden with groves of trees and mangroves, secluded areas to sunbath write or relax , is indeed an enchanting place. The garden with comfortable lounge chairs have a fantastic view of the ocean.

Swim in the sapphire blue fresh water infinity pool. Relax on the jacuzzi bench.
Walk in the garden under a lush green canopy of mangroves and step down to the soft sandy beach.

The spacious deck and verandah is furnished with comfortable chairs to relax in and a table to have leisurely meals.

Sitting on the verandah or deck looking at the Indian Ocean and relaxing - From here, one can watch fishermen going out to sea to return with laden boats. Guests can purchase fresh fish direct from boats for the chef to prepare. South Point Villa is truly paradise.

South Point Villa has 365 days of summer, swimming in the pool and sea possible throughout the year.
The sea in front is protected by a reef making it excellent for swimming and snorkelling.
