Knysna famous for its Oysters is a delighful town with a large variety of restaurants and shops and a marina with sailing on the lagoon. There are numerous activities in the surrounding areas including horse riding, cycling,hiking,whale watching, visits to monkey/ elephant/ bird and safari parks. In addition to Pezula Championship golf course there are a number of excellent courses within a 15km area including Knysna, Simola,Goose Valley and Plettenberg Bay. Fancourt and Pinnacle Point are approx an hour to an hour and a half away.
The nearby 5* hotel offers a range of beauty and spa treatments and an indoor pool and also has an excellent restaurant.

The Western Cape region
A very picturesque area situated along the Garden Route with a beautiful lagoon which opens onto the Indian Ocean. Distinctive areas such as the famous Heads with restaurants alongside the lagoon and Leisure Isle and Thesen Islands providing a wide choice of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.
The house overlooks the Indian Ocean on one side and the indigenous forest to the front. The stunning Noetzie beach is a 5 minute drive away.
Knysna / Pezula Estate area
Famous for The Knysna Oyster Festival in July Activities include Championship golf course and range, road and mountain biking, watersports sailing, diving in the lagoon,whale watching, deep sea fishing hiking, riding, tennis. Numerous places of interest within a half hour drive such as Storms River,Natures Valley, Knysna Elephant Park, Plettenburg Game Park, Monkey Land, Bird Land. Further afield is Shamwari game reserve and Addo Elephant Park, Cango Caves and The Ostrich Farms at Oudtshoorn.

The ground floor opens onto wooden balconies and seating areas with patio furniture and a barbecue. There are balconies off the bedrooms. Underneath the house is a large double garage and an additional undercover parking area close to the main entrance. There is a separate gardeners room and shower as the gardens are regularly maintained.
