The house is located on the world renowned Knysna heads in a secure, environmentally friendly estate with panoramic views of the championship golf course and Indian ocean. The house is equipped with modern amenities and boasts spectacular views from every room.
The open plan living area includes a modern kitchen, lounge (with high definition satellite TV) and dining room with high quality appliances to make self catering a pleasure. The luxury master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with 180 degree ocean views from the bath.
The outside entertainment area includes a fully equipped barbecue with ocean views over the swimming pool and a breakfast 'sundeck' to begin your day outdoors.
Overlooking the 17th hole of the Pezula Championship Golf Course the house is a few minutes walk from the clubhouse and world famous Pezula Hotel and Spa.

All 4 bedrooms have golf course and ocean views. Two bedrooms are en suite. All bathrooms have baths and showers. Double beds are king size extra length. Rooms with single beds can be made as either 2 singles or 1 double bed.
A 'kids' room is also available with a lounge suite and TV with satellite channels.

The balance of the rental and the security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
A £150 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 24 hours from departure, following a house check.

Knysna is in the centre of the Garden route, one of the most scenic regions in the world and a must do when touring South Africa. With the Knysna heads, lake and local attractions Knysna is a destination in itself.
The garden route is renowned for hosting some of the top golf courses in the country. Knysna offers you a perfect location to base yourself to enjoy these great courses including Pezula (15 min walk), Simola (15 min drive), George (1 hour drive), Fancourt (1 hour drive) and Plettenburg Bay (45 min drive), to name just a few.
In addition there are plenty of beaches in close proximity (including Plettenberg Bay), the Knysna forest and Outeniqua mountains.
The Knysna / Sparrebosch Golf Estate area
Knysna offers something for everyone including hiking, beaches, sailing, golf, running, mountain biking, horse riding, whale watching, fishing, oyster festival and fine cuisine at local cafe's and restaurants.
The Pezula Golf Estate is located on the eastern Knysna head, just a 10 min drive from the centre of the Knysna which has all the shopping facilities, cafe's, restaurants and bars to keep you entertained. A small shop is also located on the edge of town which is just a 5 min drive from the house - very useful if you just need to buy a few things (look for the Spar on your left hand side as you turn left onto the N2 heading back into town.)

We had the privilege of spending a week at this luxurious property. The house is modern and spacious with all of the amenities you could possibly require. Awesome views of the golf course and sea. The house is situated within a secure golf estate and is close to numerous beaches as well as the town of Knysna itself. An unforgettable holiday that I would highly recommend. |

This house is situated in the most beautiful position. From every room you have the most incredible view of the ocean and the golf course. Although not golfers we walked the course in the early morning and late afternoon - it was breath taking. The house is luxurious and beautifully fitted out. It is close enough to the beaches and far enough away from the madding crowd. We will definitely go there again.! |
