Conditions
Notes for guests re children.
The Garden Cottage is set in a rural location surrounded by open fields - therefore children will require constant supervision and are welcome to accompany parents so long as it is understood this is at the parents own risk. Things to consider include a large hot tub suitable only for adults due to its depth, farmers fencing to fields in rear garden (where inquisitive infants might get into mischief) and there is often livestock in the farmers fields.
In terms of the accommodation we do not provide high chairs or cots and for that reason feel the property is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years.
