"Very pretty and quiet"
We had a lovely week, the cottage is well equipped and clean and Jackie was v kind and helpful. She even took us shopping as my mother and myself have mobility problems at the moment. Knaresborough is a small friendly town, with quite a few nice places to eat, we had our best meal at the Dower House. Another must is Rascals, a cafe by the river (definately try a fat rascal which is a popular local cake.)
I would definately return there again.
