This house was built in 2007 in a very lovely modern „alpine-style“. It's a so-called „Minergie-House“ with 8 apartments, located in the Winkel-Quartier. The famous Gotschnabahn cable car, railway station (trains to Davos, St. Moritz, Landquart/Zürich, Chur...) cross country trails, skating rink, hiking trails, playground, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, train and bus stations, restaurants and shops are all within 2-5 minutes walk.

Modern equipped, exclusive apartment with all comfort! Skiing nearly to the front-door possible!

Access to the balcony from the living-room. To the apartment belongs space no 5 in the secure underground-garage. On order in advance folding bed available. Shoe room, lift from the garage, garage space no 5. Skis can be left in the garage space.

Minimum rental over Christmas/New Year is 2 weeks.

Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed.

W.E.F. - for bookings Monday - Monday additional charge of CHF 1’050.
