Villa Anna is in the center of Kitzbühel and only a 2 minute walk to the oldest part of town.
Each of the 6 apartments offer a full kitchen and fresh linens. There is no breakfast or a daily maid service. A change of sheets or cleaning during your stay can be arranged as extra options, either at the time of booking or just by contacting us. Free Wi-Fi & ski room with heated ski-boot dryer. Café-bakery 30 meters from the front door (opens daily at 6 a.m.) and 7 restaurants nearby. The Kitzbüheler Horn ski-lift is a 4 minute walk, there is also a free ski-bus that stops outside the Villa going to the Hahnenkamm ski-lift (or 12 minute walk).
Although in the center of town, you will find the neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Our guests are free to cook in, or try out one of the many gastronomical experiences Kitzbühel has to offer.

Kitzbühel, in the eastern corner of Tyrol, is 80km from Salzburg, 95km from Innsbruck and 160km from Munich. There’s a mainline train station in the resort, and a post-bus picks up passengers from there every 15 minutes. Regular Eurocity trains travel from Munich to Innsbruck, from where several trains daily make the one-hour trip to Kitzbühel. There is also a good bus service to and from Munich airport.
