The farm overlooks Bishopston Valley and is accessed via a track leading from Kittle Green. Within easy walking distance is the Beaufort Pub a popular place for Sunday Lunch, and the amenities of the village including a bakery, a surf shop, a newsagent, a gift shop and a Spar.
From the the garden the entrance is through double doors into the newly fitted kitchen, which has an electric hob with oven under, a washing machine, a larder fridge, a microwave and a round table with four chairs. The sitting room is smartly furnished with a two seater leather sofa, a welsh dresser, occasional table and a flatscreenTV/ DVD. The bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a three piece suite.
There is an additional family bathroom with a bath (shower over bath), wash hand basin, WC and bidet. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside there is small private garden with patio furniture and a communal landscaped farmyard with a duck pond.

The South Wales / Swansea/Bridgend/Neath region
Designated as Britain's first area of outstanding natural beauty - Gower has some of the most beautiful scenery you are will ever see. Just 18 miles long and less than 8 miles wide the area has nearly 400 miles of public rights of way, and 23 nature reserves. Gower offers a great variety of beaches and coves attracting everyone form surfers to the more relaxed hikers and sun worshipers.
Kittle area
There are a selection of walks that can be taken right from your doorstep including Bishopston Valley that leads through woodland to the picturesque Pwlldu Beach. Within a few miles is the busy fishing village of Mumbles where you can stoll along the promenade with an icecream, watch the world go by in one of the many cafes, bars or restaurnants or shop till you drop in the fashionable boutiques of Newton Road. The local beaches to Mumbles are Langland and Caswell - family friendly with parking, many faciliities, activities including surfing, tennis and golf, and several cafes offering a choice of fayre.
How to get there
By car: M4 take J42 onto the A483 to Swansea. The property is approximately 20 miles from this junction. (A full set of directions are available on request). Many airlines fly into Cardiff International which is approximately 1 hour by car. The next closest airport is Bristol which is approximately 2 hours away. Alternatively all major airlines fly to London Heathrow and Gatwick which is approximately 3.5 hours by car. Swansea Train Station is half an hour by car with trains from London Paddington every hour.
