105 Horizon View is located just ten minutes drive from Larnaca airport, in the sought after area of Kiti, which has received many awards for its palm tree lined streets as being the cleanest on the island!
Quiet and peaceful, yet only 15 minutes drive from the Larnaca town centre, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local shops, supermarkets and many excellent restaurants and tavernas for eating out.
Entering the apartment there is seating for eight guests at our large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen featuring the latest modern appliances which leads off to the two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There's a family bathroom and an en suite in the master bedroom. Two 3-seater sofa beds provide additional sleeping area if required making the apartment ideal for families or large groups.
Leading from the living area is a spacious balcony with stunning views over the local hills, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The apartment benefits from poolside communal shower rooms with W/C, swimming pool with a shallow end perfect for the children and secured car parking.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca, also known as Larnaka is a city on the east coast of Cyprus. The major international airport of Cyprus, Larnaca International Airport is located in this city.
In ancient times, Larnaca was known as Kition. The biblical name Kittim, though derived from Citium, was in fact used quite generally for Cyprus as a whole, and occasionally by the Jews for the Greeks and Romans.
Larnaca has a population of 72,000 (2001) and is the island's second commercial port and an important tourist resort. To the north of the town lies the island's oil refinery, while to the south of Larnaca the International Airport is situated. The city of Larnaka is well-known for its picturesque sea-front which includes rows of palm trees.
As the oldest continually inhabited town on Cyprus, the port city of Larnaca has a rich and interesting history stretching back 6,000 years.
Legend says the original town of Kition was founded by Noah’s grandson, Khittim. Due to its prime location in the Mediterranean, the town has been desired by every civilisation that has ruled over this region.
Today, Larnaca is known for its lovely uncrowded beaches, great food and ancient historical sites.
Kiti area
Just 10 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport lays a gem of a jewel on the island of Cyprus. Kiti Village is recognised as having won awards for being the best kept village in Cyprus. If this isn't testament enough this tranquil and traditional cultural village is surrounded by greenery offering far reaching views and has proved to be very popular with those looking for that something a little bit different.
Kiti village is also the home to the oldest church on the island, "Panagia Angelokisti church" which holds inside one of the finest pieces of Byzantine art, a 6th century mosaic of the Virgin Mary and Child between two archangels, which rivals the Ravenna Mosaic.
It offers guests a good selection of amenities including banks, supermarkets, bakery, petrol stations, restaurants and traditional tavernas. The local people are warm and friendly offering exceptional hospitality to all.
For those seeking an active holiday there are water theme parks in Ayia Napa, Limmassol and Paphos or you can enjoy snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of the protected area of Cape Greko or if you are more adventurous Cyprus is well known for its wreck diving sites. More locally Dreamland is 5 minutes drive away, offering secure indoor play area, children's pool and an adult pool with bar/snack area.
There is also an extensive eating area where inflatables are provided during the evening. There is also a camel park which is only a few kilometres away. Kiti is situated about an hour from everything, great scenery, good walking, and mountain biking and water sports. Large supermarkets are located in Larnaca City.

Fly to Larnaca international Airport.
Cheap flights available from Monarch from Birmingham or Eurocypria from Manchester and BA from Gatwick to Larnaca airport.
Car hire available from www.stevenscarrentals.com.
Local buses run regularly between the airport and Kiti Village.
There are always local taxis available from the airport - fare should be no more than 20 euros.
Journey time from the airport is only 10 minutes drive.
