2 bed, 2 bath luxury penthouse superbly furnished offering stunning views and located in the quiet, traditional village of Kiti. There is one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed is also available.
Horizon View is located just 5 minutes from the local beach. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from Larnaca with it's many bars and restaurants along it's promenade which borders a beautiful beach. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including a local supermarket, 24 hour shop and many excellent restaurants and traditional tavernas.
The apartment has a communal pool for our residents and an allocated underground parking space. Leading from the living room and master bedroom is a spacious balcony with sea views. Take the spiral staircase on the balcony up to the stunning roof terrace for private sun bathing and alfresco dining. Enjoy a wonderful sea view by day and a magical sunset at night.

The Larnaca District
Cyprus is the third largest mediterranean island and enjoys a mediterranean climate with long, warm and dry sunny days from mid May to mid October. In the height of the long summer, temperatures soar to the low thirties and there is very little rain in the winter. Even in Janurary there is generally 6 hours of bright sunshine every day.
Larnaca is steeped in history, culture and architecture. One of the most impressive sights is the Church of Lazarus, which was originally built in the late ninth century. It also houses a famous mosque "Hala Sultan Tekke" which sits on the edge of Larnaka Salt Lake which is an attraction in itself, particularly in winter when thousands of flamingos flock there when water fills the lake.
Larnaca is famous for its sandy beaches, picturesque sea-front which includes rows of palm trees, restaurants and bars ideal for all the family and a busy marina which offers fishing trips and sunset cruises. Larnaca with it's popular cosmopolitan promenade offers a good selection of shops and restaurants and strolls along the beach. Phinikoudes and Mckenzie beaches are sandy beaches in Larnaca and have both been awarded blue flags for cleanliness. Mckenzie beach is great for water sports and scuba diving. Larnaca dive boats provide snorkeling and dive trips to the Zenobia ferry wreck which is rated as one of the best dives in the world.
Kiti area
Kiti is a charming and well situated village approxiately 15 mins drive from Larnaca International Airport. Kiti village is 5 minutes from the nearest beaches of Pervolia and Meneou and is home to the oldest church on the island, "Panagia Angeloksiti Church".
It has a very traditional look and feel with stone houses and local people who are warm and friendly. It offers a good selection of amenities including a bank, 24-hour supermarket (So Easy), pharmacy, petrol station, bakeries and traditional tavernas and bars.
There is plenty of activities for families and children. 5 minutes away is Dreamland which offers a secure indoor and outdoor play area, children's pool and an adult pool and bar. www.dreamland-cyprus.com.

The historical city of Larnaca is just 15 minutes away with it's popular tree lined promenade offers a good selection of international restaurants, bars , marina and shops.
Kiti is 10 minutes away from the motorway which offers good links into the capital Nicosia which is a 30 minute drive as is the beautiful Governors beach. The resorts of Aiya Napa with it's superb beaches,Waterworld waterpark and nightlife and Limassol with beaches, shops and Fasouri waterpark ,both being a 40 minute drive away.

Cheap flights are available from Monarch, Easyjet, BA, First Choice and Thomas Cook to Larnaca. Flight time approximately 4 hours
