Apartment Golden Hills is a brand new air conditioned two bedroom luxury penthouse apartment in Tersefenou.
This apartment sleeps four guests comfortably but can sleep up to six guests and will appeal to couples and families looking for a high quality self catering accommodation in a relaxing and peaceful location within easy reach of amenities and a good selection of things to see and do.
The open plan living room has two patio doors which lead out onto one of two large roof terraces overlooking the pool area. Air conditioned throughout with a high specification finish there are two bedrooms and a large family bathroom. In the lounge area the contemporary corner sofa converts into a sofa bed, and there is a TV and DVD for guests to enjoy DVDs which can be hired locally.
The large fully equipped kitchen offers guests the option of dining at home, alfresco or trying one of the many local tavernas in the village.

The Larnaca District
The main international airport is in Larnaca, which means that getting to most resorts in the Larnaca area is a relatively short transfer. As you leave Larnaca airport you will pass large salt lakes populated with migrant birds, mainly flamingos.
Larnaca, although modern, is strongly connected to its history. The period architecture across Larnaca is very old colonial, weathered tired pastel buildings line small windy streets which make the centre a bit of a challenge to navigate but very interesting to drive around or walk through.
The Phinikoudes promenade along the sea front in Larnaca is famed for its palm trees, suitably named due to the fact that Phinikia, means palm tree. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade and watch the boats moored in the marina or enjoy a lively night out in Larnaca, with a large choice of pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs.
Larnaca offers a good selection of craft and tourist gift shops to browse around in the old centre and further out there are new modern shopping areas and large hypermarkets.
Kiti / Teresefanou area
Kiti is a charming and well situated village just 3 kms from the nearest beaches of Pervolia and Meneou and just a ten minute transfer from Larnaca International Airport. The village is very traditional in look and feel with winding streets and traditional stone houses and has a very pretty old stone church at the centre. It offers guests a good selection of amenities including bank, supermarket, bakery, petrol, restaurants and traditional tavernas.
Nearby places of interest include Angelokisti Church in Kiti Village, Cape Kiti Lighthouse at Meneou, Stavrouni Monastery 45 minutes drive. The historical city of Larnaca is just 10 km to the centre and with its very popular cosmopolitan promenade offers a good choice of international restaurants, bars, marina, and shops.
