The apartment is on the first floor of a two storey building and has lift access and entry phone. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king size double the other with twin singles. The spacious balcony has comfortable furniture, with relaxation in mind. The huge open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area is the really thing that makes this apartment so special, even with four people there is still a sense of space. It takes five minutes to walk to the village, where you can buy fresh bread every day. A real plus was the opening of a new taverna this summer in a restored traditional village house with a really pretty garden. The area has something for everyone, lovely beaches,a range of watersports, hiking, golf and great restaurants to name a few. My toddlers enjoyed the nearby Camel Park, Dreamland Park which is two minutes from the apartment and particularly the funfair in Agia Napa which has rides for two year olds upwards. I would also reccommend going into Larnaca at night, the beachfront promenade is lined with restaurants and bars all with outside seating, there is a real buzz and again someting for all ages, even a small funfair with rides aimed at young children. Regal Gardens would suit families, couples or friends who prefer the freedom to choose their daily activities in the knowledge that they wil come back to a beautiful apartment in a peaceful location and experience the non tourist view of Cyprus and all that it has to offer.

The Larnaca District
The Larnaca area has many historical sites including churches, museums and local arts exhibitions and concerts. It is also home to the world famous Salt Lakes with its Flamingos. It is an ideal location to visit other parts of the island with its fast access to the main "A" road network. Larnaca itself can boast a very nice family friendly beach on a palm lined promenade scattered with bars and restaurants. At one end is the large Marina where you can go on boat trips, at the other the old Larnaca Fort.
Kiti / Teresefanou area
Tersefanou is still a very typical Cypriot village, the locals will be drinking with you in the tavernas. This summer a new taverna opened in the village which I can highly reccommend. The mini supermarket is very well stocked and along with the newsagent will cater for most day to day needs. Nearby Kiti and Pervolia have a more extensive choice of shops and tavernas aswell as Petrol Stations and Banks. Pervolia is especially nice in the evening as they close the village to traffic and all the restaurants put the tables and chairs onto the road, most nights there is traditional greek music.

You can fly Schedule with Cyprus Airways or British Airways, Budget Airlines include Easyjet, Monarch and Thomson. Good choice of flights from all UK major airports. Further details outdoors: The complex has two beautiful swimming pools, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Both pool areas have toilet and shower facilities. To the side of our apartment building is the tennis court. All the communual areas of Regal are really tastefully done and maintained to a high standard.
