This luxurious penthouse apartment has full sea views, as well as spectacular views of the local countryside.Apartment comes with wall mounted LCD television, satellite and DVD player. Apartment sleeps 4, 1 double bed in bedroom and 1 double fold out sofa bed. There are 3 swimming pools and 1 tennis court within the complex.

Majestic Gardens are less than 15 mins drive to Larnaca airport and within easy reach of several stunning beaches and beautiful rugged coastlines. Both properties are fitted to a high specification and along with the beautifully kept communal area within the complex which have all been landscaped.

The Larnaca District

Cyprus is descirbed as a year round resort and this applies to Larnaca, as it has a hot summer season with over 300 days of sunshine and even in Winter you can still expect 5 to 6 hours a day of sunshine.

Larnaca is a cosmopolitan city with a wide variety of activites. It has extensive shopping facitites, along with an excellent sea front lined with palm trees and a sandy beach. There is also a marina on the sea front along with some fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants, there even a starbucks on the sea front.

There are many diverse beaches around the larnaca area, from sandy beachs to rocky beaches. There is the Phinikoudes beach which is situated on the promenade at Larnaca, which is lined with Palm tress and has a blue flag status, a lovely sandy beach. Then there is McKenzie Beach just a few miles away from Larnaca centre another sandy beach with blue flag status, also has a line of cafe bars and restaurants, along with ample car parking. Faros beach in Pervolia is a shingle beach in a rural setting. Dhekelia beach is a mix of sand and shingle. There around 30 mins away in Nissi Beach just outside Ayia Napa, a lovely sandy beach with shallow waters. you can see pictures of most of these beaches on our photos page.

We can recommend a visit to the village of Pyla about 15 mins away from Tersefanou, this is one of the few places that remains as it was before the Turkish invasion with Greek Cypriots and Turk Cypriots living side by side. From just behind the village square you can cross the green line and go over the border to northern cyprus (you will need your passport), if you get stuck for refresments n Pyla then we can recommend the Village Taverna in Pyla, where you will receive a warm and friendly welcome from theo and Denise and a great menu with home made cooking at a very reasonable price.

You can also travel to Ayia Napa the party capital of Cyprus in about 30 Mins. You are also less than an hour away from Limassol and less than 90 mins away fromm Paphos.

Whilst in Cyprus you must visit the Troodos moutnains, again less then an hours drive with truly breatking views from the summit.


Kiti / Teresefanou area

This is Majestic Gardens, Tersefanou Village in Larnaca, Cyprus. Tersefanou is just 10km from Larnaca, it is a quiet and traditional Cypriot village. Majestic Gardens are set within a secure gated community with ample car parking and just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of the village, where you will find a local shop and restaurant. The complex has 3 swimming pool areas with sun beds and parasol, also present is a floodlit Tennis court, these are all free to use for the duration of your stay.


How to get there

We can offer excellent deals on Car Hire along with someone to meet you at the airport and take you to the apartment. Also we can arrange for some groceries to be delivered to the apartment ready for your arrival, also we have some links to websites which offer cheap flights to laranca. See the travel page for more details on all of these offers.

We have found that Monarch often have the best prices to fly into Larnaca, with Luton airport generally have the best prices, also flying from Manchester and from March 2009 they will also fly from Birmingham.

We recomend Stevens Car Rentals, they will pick you up at the airport and even take you to your destination if your unsure how to get there. Just give us a call or email us and we will get you a price.

The apartment has a dining table for 4 people in the living area, also there is a quality patio table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining. The living space also has a fitted kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, plates, glasses and cutlery. There is also 2 leather sofas, one which can also be made into a double bed. In the spacious double bedroom there is a double bed with 2 bedside cabinets and a ladies dressing table with mirror, also 2 floor to ceiling double wardrobes, along with a safe.

The balcony is a spacious area with table and 4 chairs, it is also a covered balcony. The complex has 3 swimming pool areas (larger pool area on block 3) and a Tennis Court which is also located on block 3, you have full use of all of these facilities, there are sun loungers and parasols in the pool area, these are all free to use, we also have 2 tennis racquests in the apartment should you feel the urge to exercise.

We also have a 1st floor one bedroomed apartment, this is a little more spacious and has the luxury of having 2 balconies, giving you the sun shine all day. Contact home owner for further details.
