Its location is also ideal for those wishing to enjoy some sight seeing around Cyprus; with the capital Nicosia (access now allowed to the Turkish side via a walk through Ledra Street) only 40 minutes by car, Limassol in 30 minutes and Famagusta only 40 minutes away.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca District is an ideal location for visiting many of the sights of Cyprus, being well positioned for access to the island's major highways. Locations such as the capital Nicosia, or onwards north into the Turkish sector and the beautiful fortified port of Kyrenia.
Should the excitement be more your requirement then the water park in Ayia Napa is within 30 minutes. Or, the stunning Troodos mountain range with Mount Olympus, its scenery, views and historical connections are well worth the exploration. Should you be around during the winter months of February/ March, you might even consider trying one of its three ski slopes.
For those with an interest in Bird watching, there are the salt lakes of Larnaca Bay which frequently see unusual feathered migratory visitors stopping to feed on their long migratory routes across the meditteranean area.
Kiti area
Tersefanou is located on the outskirts of larnaca Town in this delightful rural area of Cyprus ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday yet close enough to the town centre with all general amenities and stunning Blue Flag award winning beaches.
The nearest bar is located 2 km from the property, and for evening entertainment the delightful village of Pervolia possesses a selection of restaurants offering typical Cypriot cuisine, as well as European dishes. there is a number of bars and Tavernas, an excellent Chinese restaurant and for those wanting a traditional English breakfast or Sunday roast try Tony's Bar and Grill. There are two shops in the nearest village supplying a good variety of food and basic sundries, and for all general amenities including banks, bakeries, etc. Kiti is just a 5 minute drive away. larger supermarkets are just 10 minutes by car from the apartment. A bus service from the village to Larnaca Town (St. Lazarus Church) runs approximately every two hours weekday mornings and afternoons. Horse riding is available at the local stables on the Mazotos Road and Tenniss can be found in Larnaca Town near the Med High School.
How to get there
Directions from International Airport to Majestic Gardens, Tersefanou.
Exit Larnaca Airport; at the roundabout take a left turn following the sign for Mazotos. Go straight for 1 Km to a roundabout and go straight across. Head to the next roundabout again after 1 Km (this is new Airport Terminal Junction).
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit following the sign for Kiti. Go straight for 1 km to the traffic lights, and turn left. After 200 metres there is a T junction. Here turn right following the sign for Kiti.
Stay on this road for exactly 3.5 km. You will see a Police Station on the right and a Petrolina Petrol Station on the left, then take a right turn following the sign for Mazotos.
Continue for 600 metres and you will pass a church on your left . The road bends to the left, after which you take a right hand turn following the sign for Tersefanou.
Follow this road for 1.5 km and take a right turn after the no entry sign and traffic island. You can see Majestic Gardens ahead and to your right. After 500 metres turn right and this takes you to the complex.

Refundable breakage deposit of 250.00 Euros payable with the balance, to be refunded 21 working days after departure and subject to satisfactory property inspection.
There is also an additional charge for the use of Air Conditioning at 4 Euros per day (due to recent escalation of energy costs)
Please note: On departure the property must be left in the same condition as received; Hygienically Clean and Tidy.

Extra services available; Airport Pickup arranged with Absolute Property Management 25 Euros per vehicle during office hours or 35 Euros outside office hours.
