Apartment Orange Grove is located in the heart of the popular and very pretty village of Kiti, a traditional village just 3 km from the sea and 10 km from the centre of historical Larnaca.

Apartment Orange Grove invites you to experience Cyprus living in a traditional village. Kiti village life centres around a historical stone church and an excellent selection of village tavernas, shops and cafes, old buildings and quaint windy streets to explore. Guests can expect a warm welcome and experience local hospitality and traditional Greek Meze or dine alfresco on the apartment’s private balcony.

This bright spacious air-conditioned one bedroom apartment has been stylishly furnished for a very comfortable self catering holiday for up to four guests. The large open plan lounge dining area has two large comfortable sofas one of which is a good quality spring action sofa bed, coffee table, LCD TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large comfortable dining table and chairs for 4 people. There is also a large bright twin bedroom with double wardrobe storage and a very modern family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool or the family friendly sandy beaches, the closest of which is just 3kms from the apartment. This part of Cyprus is famous for its gently shelving sandy beaches which stretch around the Larnaca peninsular and include the famous Golden beaches of Nissi Beach and Cape Greko an area of protected natural beauty. This location is ideal for families or couples looking for good quality self catering accommodation, with only a 15 minute airport transfer, and is close to amenities in an area that offers a great choice of things to do and see.

The Larnaca District

With an all year round Mediterranean climate Cyprus and the Larnaca region are very popular with visitors from the UK, Germany and Scandinavia looking for year round sunshine and a taste of the real Cyprus. Laranaca region is well known for its fantastic sandy beaches, historical sites, marina, modern hotels and restaurants, situated along the harbour front promenade.

The climate of Cyprus makes the summer months a popular time for visitors with average temperatures in the mid 30 degrees Celsius every day. However the cooler winter months attract keen walkers, mountain biking enthusiasts and skiers to the Troodos Mountains and areas of protected natural beauty.

In addition to the wonderful choice of beaches and all year sunshine the Larnaca region offers families a fantastic choice of modern or traditional restaurants, and many things to see and do, from water parks, to go carting, golf to luxury spas there is something for all ages to enjoy at any time of year.


Kiti area

Kiti is a charming and well situated village just 3 kms from the nearest beaches of Pervolia and Meneou and just a fifteen minute transfer from Larnaca International Airport. The village is very traditional in look and feel with winding streets and traditional stone houses and has a very pretty historical stone church at the centre. It offers guests a good selection of amenities including cafe's, bank, supermarkets, gift shop, bakery, butcher, petrol station, restaurants and traditional tavernas.

Nearby places of interest include Angelokisti Church in Kiti Village, Cape Kiti Lighthouse at Meneou and Stavrouni Monastery which is 45 minutes drive. The historical city of Larnaca is just 10 km to the centre and with its very popular cosmopolitan promenade offers a good choice of international restaurants, bars, marina, and shops. For those seeking an active holiday there are Water theme parks in Ayia Napa, Limassol and Paphos or you can enjoy snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of the protected area of Cape Greko or if you are more adventurous Cyprus is well known for its wreck diving sites. Just about anything you would wish to do is no more than an our from Kiti. Given this and the great scenery, good walking, mountain biking and water sports, Kiti is just a great place to send your holiday. Large supermarkets are located in Larnaca City.
