Cypress Gardens is a new beautifully designed complex with a huge feature pool - an ideal holiday retreat.
This beautifully furnished Penthouse is perfect for couples, families (with kids) or small groups of friends.
The second-floor apartment is one of the most desirable on the complex. The huge private terrace faces distant hills, captures the sun and is not directly overlooked. It is perfect for lounging around, outdoor dining on the 6seater table, or playing table tennis. Picture sipping a refreshing drink on a balmy evening, watching the sunset!
The spacious open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, 6seater dining table, and lounge with 2 large leather sofas, flat screen satellite TV and DVD player.
The 2 bedroom apartment is fully air conditioned and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people - a Master double (with ensuite bathroom) and twin bedroom, and a leather sofa double-bed in the lounge.
Kiti is a welcoming Cypriot village a short walk down the road, with shops (including 24hr convenience store), bars and a variety of restaurants. Pervolia, around 1km away has a lovely village square with traditional restaurants and is definitely worth visiting in the evening.
Cyprus Larnaca airport is less than 10km away - an easy 15 minute drive from the apartment.
Sun, sea, scenery, history, culture, good food and drink; enjoy it all from this fabulous location!

Cyprus - Warm all year round, benefiting from its middle-eastern climate. Cypriots generously welcome visitors to the island. English is widely spoken in this former British colony.
Take it easy or get active - Shopping, sports activities, nightlife, or fine dining, Ten Pin Bowling, Cinema and Go- karting, within a short drive from the apartment.
The Mediterranean is clear and warm, providing opportunities for water sports of all kinds, including snorkelling, wreck-diving, boating and fishing trips.
Larnaca is a gem of a town.
The harbour and tree lined promenade (a must for evening strollers!) has a great choice of trendy bars and international restaurants to suit all tastes.
Shopping includes modern designer outlets to familiar British department stores.
Old Larnaca includes the Fort as well as ancient Greek churches and interesting archaeological excavations. This is an island steeped in history.
The region is served by excellent roads and motorways.
Ayia Napa and Protaras on the east of the island are half an hour away, for those after the excitement of the water theme park, or the clubs and nightlife.
The well known towns of Limassol and Paphos are easily reached to the west.
Take a day trip to the capital, Nicosia to cross the famous ‘Green Line’ into the Turkish occupied northern part of the city.
The Troodos Mountains are only an hour’s drive from the apartment - worth exploring the quaint traditional Cypriot villages on foot or try mountain-biking.
Skiing on the snow capped peaks is often possible in the winter (weather dependant).
There is so much to do - come and see for yourself!
The Kiti area
Kiti is a charming, peaceful and traditional Cypriot village, with an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, bakery, petrol station, shops etc. There is a World Heritage church in Kiti.
Nearby Pervolia is a romantic little village perfect for tourists - enjoy Cypriot hospitality dining under the stars in the cobbled square with a choice of restaurants .
Kiti is ideally situated for exploring the island, with all major attractions less than an hour away.
Larnaca, and the airport are easily reached within minutes, reducing the stress of travel on arrival and departure.
The sea/beach is a short drive down the road. Kiti Lighthouse and Faros Beach are shallow sandy beaches good for safe swimming.
Great for families - sand, sea and activities within easy reach. Ride a camel or feed the ostriches at the nearby Camel Park. Hire a Bike to get around and see the countryside, or pedal down to the beach.

Lovely apartment, nice to be in a village that still has some life in the low season. Spacious, comfortable and a well set up kitchen. We had great fun with the BBQ as well! The location is good too - close to the airport (and the pink flamingoes in winter!), and the village has a bakery with a fantastic array of cakes, baklava and treat open 24/7 - including Christmas day! Response: Kiti is a great location with shops and amenities available throughout the year. There are lots of interesting sights within a short drive of the apartment. |

We have just returned from 10 days in Cyprus staying at this property. The weather was fantastic enabling us to take full advantage of the property's substantial balcony. The property is well equipped and the fittings of good quality. We really enjoyed our time in this property, appreciating its comfort and location. We used the pool most days although as you might expect in the second half of October it was quite cold. The village is interesting, typically Cypriot, and we enjoyed several evenings at the Tamala Bar, where wifi is available. The church in the village is amazing and the fresco (UNESCO heritage) is very imressive. Pervolia (2 miles away) is also great and we ate there regularly. Restaurant food is very good value but there is a supermarket in the village and Carrefour about 3 miles away. We had a car from Avis, the prices are very good, and travelled widely, into the Troodos mountains, to Nicosia and to Limassol and to the east coast past Agia Napa. There are some fantastic beaches and most days we swam in the sea for up to an hour, the water was quite warm. We enjoyed several trips into Larnaca. It is good for shopping and coffee and it has some interesting buildings. We would strongly recommend the apartment, we really enjoyed our stay." |

wow what a fantastic penthouse, very modern and plenty of space, the roof terrace was superb,every morning breakfast on roof looking at distant mountains. beds really comfortable and everything spotlessly clean, hope to return again in near future. not far away is a few restaurants which served lovely food and friendly people.
