About the home

This is an extremely good sized two bedroom apartment located within the splendid Morpheus Apartments complex within the traditional Cypriot village of Kiti. The apartment is located on the first floor of this low rise development and offers open views to the countryside and village from its balcony.

The apartment offers allocated undercover parking and both elevator and intercom systems. The private communal pool is set amongst tropical vegetation providing the perfect place to relax during the long warm sunny Cypriot days. The pool area also includes communal showering and WC facilities.

The apartment completed during the spring of 2010 is very spacious and has been furnished to a pleasing level with all that might be required during a holiday stay. The lounge area has large comfortable sofas, TV With DVD and satelite offering English spoken films and series. Patio doors lead out to a spacious balcony that can be used for outside dining and sun bathing.

The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, washing machine, oven & hob and all crockery. The open plan design incorporates a dining area with table and chairs. The bathroom is bright fresh and modern and provides shower and bath.

Generous storage is found within the good sized bedrooms with the master benefitting from an en suite facility. The owner can on request provide airport transfers, mid-stay cleans, welcome packs and a meet and greet service.

The heart of the village is just a couple of minutes stroll away and here there are a selection of good traditional restaurants along with news agents, supermarket and traditional Cypriot take-away. One straight road leads to the coastline with good safe bathing, shops, bars and entertainment.

Around ten minutes drive along the coast is the seaside city of Larnaca with its numerous restaurants, bars, shops and historical sites. The forthcoming Larnaca Golf and country club will be just a short five minute drive away. Suitable for families and couples alike with all amenities within easy walking distance

This apartment is located in the popular traditional village of Kiti. This large village has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and is just minutes drive from the brand new airport at Larnaca. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the airport take the first exit marked Kiti and Larnaca and follow signs to Kiti. Once on Kiti high street turn right at the police station and then first left before the church. Drive to end of this road straight to the apartment. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.

“Very peaceful and relaxing base for exploring Cyprus” We stayed here in March this year and hired a car for the duration of our stay. Well positioned for exploring the southern coast, mountains and various beaches. Only a 10 minute drive from Larnaca with beach front bars and restaurants, shops and marina. Limassol's old town is well worth a visit too. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay and supermarkets, bakeries and shops all within a couple of minutes drive. The nearest bar is the Tamala bar which serves food and was a short walk away. Also had wi-fi. Great apartment complex with large pool area, well worth it. Response: Glad you enjoyed your stay. “Home away from home” Great, clean apartment in fantastic location. Highly recommended. Very modern & nice & clean. Meet & greet very good with friendly management staff to call in case of a problem.
