Disney Lakeside Villa, fully A/C, plus fans, furnished to a luxury standard, is situated in the beautiful community of Eagle Point. Boasting a south-facing 30ft private pool with stunning views overlooking lake and conservation area where much wildlife can be observed. Very peaceful, yet only 10 mins from Disney and 5 mins from an abundance of restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses.
The 30ft south-facing pool and furnished patio is the ideal place to relax. It illuminates at night - great for alfresco dining and drinks whilst savouring the sunset over the lake.
More spacious than the average villa, with Family Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Breakfast Area, fully fitted Kitchen, Laundry Room, Games Room, 4 Bedrooms (1 Disney -themed for the kids!) and 2 Bathrooms - 1 En suite, and 1 Family Bathroom. Eagle Pointe is an ideal location. Peaceful with abundant wildlife, you are only a few minutes drive from the '192' with its endless assortment of restaurants, shops and attractions. Shop till you drop at The Florida Mall or Premium Outlets. Or dine in style at one of the many themed Dinner Shows: Arabian Nights or Medieval Times. Wrestle with an alligator at Gatorland, race a Go Kart or even take a Helicoptor Ride!
24 hr Walmart is conveniently located 5 minutes drive away and numerous Golf Courses are within easy reach.
And don't forget to take a trip to Old Town for the famous Classic Car parade and its nightly attractions.
Further a field, within an hour's drive Space Kennedy, Daytona and Co Co Beach awaits you.
Or head west to Busch Gardens and the fabulous white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast.

“Excellent Stay - wildlife inclusive!” As a party of 3 adults we stayed in the house for two weeks. We visited the website and saw the pictures. Indeed, the pictures are according to reality. The house is spacious and is beautifully decorated. Fine bedrooms and bathrooms, well organized kitchen. The Wifi is very handy. As the house is due south, you have the sun shining from 08.00 am till 7.00 pm - excellent! Which ofcourse is very favourable for using the pool. We loved the wildlife in the direct surrounding of the house - you keep making pictures of the various birds and the alligator(s). Beautifull! The house is very convenient located for visits to the Disneyparks. App. 20 mnts drive. Perkins is very earby (5 mnts) so are a lot of other restaurants and shops. Don'f forget to visit Celebration - a very nice village (15 mnts drive). The contact with the owners was friendly and without any difficulty - and easy with payments and return of the deposit. “Excellent villa, ideally situated and good value” We had a brilliant holiday whilst staying in this very comfortable, well situated, spacious villa. We were a party of 7, with 2 young children so the size of the accommodation and it's situation was very important. It certainly suited our needs, especially as it had a good size heated pool and plenty of things to do in the games room. Because it was close to all the main attractions, we were able to visit these without having to travel too far. It was also very close to the large Wallmart store where we were able to get all our supplies. Everyone agreed that it was one of the best holidays we've had.

“The perfect Villa for your florida experience” This villa is in the best location for all parks shops ect,but is in a beautiful location for a relaxing time after a busy day at parks and of cause shopping , over looking a lake with lots of wild life, a lovley warm pool, can' wait to ga back !!!
