About the home

An exceptional privately owned 4 bed 2 bath villa boasting 1780 square feet of living space. With a good sized pool and decked area with open view including sun loungers and table and chairs. Total luxury to enjoy that evening drink by the pool! The games room has a full size pool table, a foosball table and dart board. The lounge has a Plasma TV, DVD, Satellite and Cable TV, an iPod docking station and Wi-Fi internet Access.

The villa is in easy reach of Disney (Approx 15 Mins) and the 192 with all the entertainments such as all the shops, bars and restaurants you could want.

Master Bedroom has King size bed with TV & DVD Player & Patio overlooking the beautiful deck area, with an en-suite bathroom including twin vanity sinks, garden tub, shower cubicle and separate toilet.

The lounge area has two large sofas, Plasma Screen Digital TV with satellite and cable, Video & iPod docking station and Wi-Fi access. A feature archway separates the lounge from a formal dining room seating 8 people.

There is fully carpeted games room including a full sized pool table, football table and table and chairs. The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Further details outdoors:
The front of the villa has a grassed area and parking. The rear is fully secure and has ample space for sunbathing/relaxing with a good sized swimming pool to enjoy with open views and is a fantastic area to watch the sun go down.

There is a table with four chairs, 2 sun recliners and a covered swing. A barbecue is also available. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week when booking is required. The balance is due eight weeks prior to travel. A £150 refundable security deposit is also required.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Orlando/Florida has some Fantastic theme parks including Disney which is approximately 15 Minutes drive from the villa. What a fantastic holiday you can have with MGM Studios, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World and Discovery Cove to entertain you for a good few days of your holiday.

Or perhaps a relax on a lovely sandy beach on the west coast after all the excitement of the theme parks is in order. The weather in Florida is like summer all of the year round!

The Kissimmee / Eagle Pointe area

Only Approximately 15 minutes drive from Disney World Resort to keep you entertained for many many hours and in easy driving distance of many other attractions.

Or how about a 'little' shopping? The 192 is only minutes away with countless restaurants, bars and shops including Wal-Mart and many other shopping malls for you to find that bargain.

The old town, which is just up the road which has a fantastic Classic Car Parade every Saturday Night, which should not be missed. Perhaps you may even want to try a Hot Air Balloon Ride or splash out on a helicopter ride and take in a birds eye view of the area.
