Villa Heron has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, five toilets and sleeps up to fourteen guests in sheer luxury. All rooms are fully air-conditioned for you comfort and enjoyment.
Our elegant and very spacious home is situated overlooking a beautiful lake so you can watch the herons and other wildlife in a most peaceful and tranquil of settings.
The more active can choose to either walk or jog around the lakeside pathway, a great way to see the Floridian sunrises and sunsets.
Villa Heron was recently constructed, and was designed from the offset with high class living very much in mind. Feel free to relax on one of our sumptuous sofas or watch you favourite DVD on our large 57 Inch HD Home Theatre television. All bedrooms also have Televisions.
Local cable TV viewing is provided, along with FREE International telephone calls and FREE Highspeed Internet using our villas desktop computer/printer workstation. Wireless Internet also included, bring your own Laptop.
The separate lounge area provides extra space in which you can just relax and chill out, in true American style! Villa Heron also has a fantastic games room with snooker, darts, foosball and air hockey to keep you amused!

Epcot is Walt Disney’s dream - an exciting futuristic wonderland where you can stroll around all the countries of the world. Villa Heron's unique location in the heart of the "Sunshine State" allows for easy access to the following local places of interest: Walt Disney World, Universal World, Wet-N-Wild, Sea World, Gatorland, Airboat Rides, etc.
Golf addicts are well catered for with more than enough golf courses to suit every level of golfer all close by.
In the evening you can enjoy a selection of themed restaurant shows: Medieval Times, Pirates Show, Arabian Nights, and Murder Mysteries etc

Further details outdoors: Step outside, onto our large patio area leading from the family room. Enjoy the Floridian sunshine or cool down in our large sparkling, crystal clear pool.
The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for added safety should you need it. All the patio doors leading on to the deck area have been fitted with additional security devices.
Villa Heron also has a fully monitored alarm system installed. The pool area has a large covered area for would be shade lovers, you might like to relax with a book or maybe enjoy a long cool drink.

1. Booking Deposit of 20% must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your confirmation quotation.
2. The final payment and a security deposit must be received no later than 60 days before your arrival date.
3. We provide FREE Accident insurance to cover serious breakages as reported by our agents in Florida.
4. Pool heating can be arranged at extra cost. Recommended for all bookings between October & March.
