About the home

This stunning 5 bed luxury Villa is furnished to the very highest standard. Scroll down for the latest availability and prices. Fully fitted kitchen with many appliances not normaly found in a rental home, making it a real home from home. Enough pool side furniture for everyone to sit together for those pool side dinners. Gas grill is provided free and has it's own lighting for twilight events. The Pool and large Spa have safety hand rails to make it a bit easier and safer for children and grand parents too. Both have just been completely resurfaced and have LED colour changing lights fitted making evening swims great fun for all, especialy the kids. The Spa is fully automated, so is just push button, now available as a Hot Tub! Everything is provided for a wonderful vacation in this large home on a huge corner plot. 5 bikes and safety helmets are provided. A lovely children's play area is just 100 meters behind the Villa, two of the many ornamental lakes with walking path and fishing just in front with a third just behind. Cumbrian Lakes is an exclusive gated community, so very private. Access is with a code given to you. The Villa is keyless, you choose your own code before arrival, so no keys to drop or loose when at the parks. An alarm and a safe are provided for you and any valuables. Wall Mart, Publix and all the restaurants and all the stores you would expect for shopping, are very close by. Blue ray player & 50" HD TV in the family room. Board & Card games in abundance, books for all ages. Enough Disney cuddly toys to make any number of kids (and parents) happy. Full computer and printer with broadband, as well as wi fi throughout if you bring your own lap top. Every bedroom has a TV with full cable.

Just added the spa now can be used as an automated Hot Tub (Jacuzzi).

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The Sunshine State is correctly named, sunshine all year round makes for easy travelling and enjoyment of all the areas wonderful parks and visitor attractions. Once you have visited Florida you will be smitten by it's hospitality and choices, a return visit is almost assured.

The Kissimmee / Cumbrian Lakes area

Kissimmee is the base for many families whilst visiting the parks. Access to all the attractions is easy from here, even day trips to the fabulous beaches of Clearwater or Daytona and Bush Gardens. Close by is a huge choice and variety of shops and restaurants, it's no wonder so many (snow birds) come especially during the winter months in the Northern States and Europe.

“Wonderful & relaxing property for a first family holiday” We spent 2 weeks away with our 8 month old son at Bill's property and had a thoroughly enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing holiday, all made simpler by a great property that was fully equipped and perfect for our first holiday away with our son. The high chair and travel cot made taking a baby away simple and everything was easy to use within the property and also easily found. The house was also very homely and welcoming. The pool table and air hockey kept us entertained in the evening and we were out all day every day as the property is within a short distance of all Disney parks, Universal & the shopping outlets. Lots of great restaurants nearby and great value for money. Highly recommend.

Pool heat (approx 82-85f) if required @ $140 per week Hot tub heat (Jacuzzi approx 96-100f) available seperatly @ $50 per week. Pool heat is not normaly required in the summer months, however you may wish to enjoy the Jacuzzi in the evenings at its higher temperature than the pool. The Jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool unless heated seperatly.
