Home description
This is a beautiful four bedroomed villa, equipped to a very high standard. The villa has it's own splash pool, heating available if necessary, with a safety screen and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven. Upstairs there is a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The sitting room and every bedroom has a flat screen, plasma TV. There are 3 bathroom/shower rooms 3 toilets.
The large clubhouse has a games room for table-tennis, pool etc; free internet access, gym, sauna and cinema. Outside there are tennis courts, volley ball and play area for the children.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
We are only 15 minutes drive from Disney, many large supermarkets are within minutes; International Drive is about 15 minutes away with many shopping Malls including the Millenium Mall which has Macys and many other great stores.
The summers are hot, Florida has beautiful spring and autumn weather and a mild winter with plenty of sunshine.
Kissimmee / Paradise Palms area
There is so much variety in this area, one day visit a Disney park which is about 15 minutes drive away, the next day spend on the beach approximately 70 miles of easy driving or exploring a National Park, the nearest one is only about 15 minutes away.
There are many varieties of restaurants and entertainment. There are many beautiful golf courses in the area.

Further details indoors: As well as the 3 double beds and sofa bed we have a bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, the top bunk is single , the bottom bunk is double so large enough for 2 children.
The master bedroom has a separate toilet and bath with shower and a double basin unit. The second bedroom, which is down stairs has a shower and basin unit. The third bedroom shares it's shower, double basin unit and separate toilet with the children's room.

Splash pool can be heated, this can be arranged before you travel or at the clubhouse if you feel it is needed, this is a cost of $175 per week.
Stays of less than 7 nights will require an additional $95 for house cleaning.
A security deposit of $250 will be rquired at check in.
If you would like to pay the total holiday into an American bank please contact us.
We would give an extra discount for bookings made within 3 weeks of the departure date.
It is possible to rent a highchair for $84.75 per week and cribs also for $84.75 and barbecue £6.00 daily.
There are welcome packs available on arrival.
We will accept payments by cheque or bank transfers in GBP or Euros.
