Welcome to our family Florida Villa a Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Vacation Villa

Located in Orlando's most luxurious 24/7 manned gated community, Emerald Island Resort!! This luxurious home includes a Private Pool and Jacuzzi Spa with an extra large patio, as our guest you will also have the Free use of the Emerald Island Resort facilities which include two community pools and spa, a tiki bar for drinks and snacks, volleyball, tennis court, play area, arcade, sauna, and nature trails for biking and picnics. use of Internet Access, Children's adventure playground area .

Emerald Island Resort is located just less then 3 miles from Walt Disney World, and there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance. Our home has four bedrooms that sleep up to ten people.

The Master Bedroom 1, has a queen size bed, and patio doors that lead directly to pool and Jacuzzi spa, Cable TV, DVD player and hair dryer. Master bathroom with separate shower. The Master Bedroom 2, has a double bed with cable TV and DVD Player. Master bathroom 2 has a tub /shower and hairdryer. Twinned Bedroom 3, has two twin beds specially designed for children includes Disney themed decor mickey mouse Cable TV, DVD players,Alarm Clock Radios.

Master bed 1, queen bed, TV, patio doors to pool, phone, safe. Master bed 2, double bed, tv/dvd player, clock. Bed 3 and. 4 with twin beds. All large wardrobes and drawers, Disney themed bedrooms have Mickey Mouse/princess TVs, DVD players soft bed toys.

Bathrooms:
All bathrooms have bath/shower, toilet and vanity units including en-suite to master bedrooms also access to pool in queen bedroom. Hair dryers in both master bedrooms.

Kitchen:
Luxury fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, all pots pans utensils etc tea towels, dish cloths etc.

Living Rooms:
Open plan lounge, dining and breakfast area. 2 sofas (1 queen sofa bed ), coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps, TV cabinet, DVD, Playstation 2, stereo, breakfast table with 4 chairs, dining table with 6 chairs and phone with free local calls.

Garage with washer and dryer. New games room in the garage

linen/maid service: All towels and linen are included in the price and is cleaned prior to your arrival.

The villa is located at the prestigious gated community of Emerald Isle Resort 2 miles from Disney. Distances
Formosa village shops and restaurants less than a mile away. Wal-Mart 5 miles, either direction but I recommend west just on HW27 as you only get caught in Disney traffic once on the way back. The other is going towards Kissimmee and you will hit traffic both ways. Emerald Island is so close you don’t get caught up in traffic for long as you are almost there you can see marker 5 as you get on the 192 Disney is just after marker 6 you can see why this is the ideal place to stay.

Walmart (5 miles away), Disney (5 minute drive), Universal Studios (20 minute drive) and Sea World (15 minute drive). Beaches (60 mins), Orlando airport (25 mins) and Sanford (45 mins). This house is located approximately 1 mile from the Formosa Village Shopping Centre on US192. Formosa Village offers the following in dining with TGI Friday's, Carrabbas Italian Grill, Outback Steak House, Giordano's Pizza, Taco Bell, Subway, Taste of China, Take Japanese and Dairy Queen. Most of these restaurants offer take out and delivery. Shopping: Eckerd, Winn Dixie Marketplace, grocery store, dry cleaning, hairdresser and Centra Care (walk in medical). Alongside Formosa Village, are numerous other eating places such as Denny's, McDonalds, Burger King, Steak Houses, Lobster and Crab restaurants, Sizzler, Ponderosa, Bob Evans, IHOP, Shoney's and Golden Corral. “Family friendly, plenty of room, great location” We stayed here for our very first trip to Disney World with our three teenaged daughters and our young grade-school daughter. We loved the home; it had everything we needed, plenty of space. The three bathrooms were especially handy with all the teenaged girls trying to get ready at the same time. The house was clean and conveinent to shopping. Disney was 10 minutes away. It was great having the pool after hot days in the park. The washer and dryer was also a plus. While I was doing laundry, I'd shoot a game of pool! The owners were wonderful. Kept in touch with us regularly and promptly returned our security depost within a week of our departure. My only suggestion would be of have trashbag liners and some cleaning supplies on hand for each guest and a larger coffee maker. The one we had only made two cups of coffee at a time. Other than that, we didn't need a thing. I would definitely recommend this home for a Disney vacation.
