Beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and there are an abundance of other activities locally to make this a holiday of a lifetime.
We believe that along with the perfect location, guests want luxury and home comforts to enhance their holiday experience and you’re sure to find them all here at Lakeside Villa Orlando. Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Executive Villa combines perfect location with a relaxing, peaceful conservation setting. A beautifully landscaped fishing lake, BBQ area and children’s recreation area, further enhances the community. Our villa is within walking distance to 24/7 shopping, leisure activities and the opportunity to take safe walks and cycling around the recently improved, landscaped local area.
Our totally private sundrenched pool is fully screened, with conservation at the rear and is complimented by luxury pool side furniture, ideal for chilling out after a long day at the theme parks or a relaxing day in the sun with a good book!

Our villa is furnished to a very high standard and air-conditioned throughout. Our villa is looked after by our locally based management company, they are both friendly and efficient. A valuables safe is also provided.

Also to compliment your holiday, attention is paid to the convenient luxury of a complimentary welcome refreshment pack and toiletry basket and luxury bed linen and towels.

Bass Lake Estates [ off the US 192, between Markers 14 & 15 ] is a small community and is situated in what can only be described as one of the most convenient locations in Central Florida.
Its sweeping entrance combined with lake access, lush landscaping and natural conservation area provides the perfect peaceful setting for your holiday.
The location is further enhanced by the children’s recreation area and BBQ area available to guests.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Orlando Florida is the perfect holiday destination for all ages with sunshine all year round. It hosts the world's greatest theme parks and most, including Disney World, are very conveniently located to our villa within 15 minutes drive.

Disney World resort alone has 4 large theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom. Disney also has 2 great water parks: Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. 15 minutes away is Universal Studios resort, which has 2 large theme parks and a fantastic leisure park with every imaginable evening entertainment: bars, restaurants, music venues and cinemas.

Sea World is also only 15 minutes away from our villa and hosts the most brilliant animal shows including the famous Shamu killer whale. You can also experience a close encounter with dolphins at Discovery Cove or visit Sea World’s recently opened Aquatica, a water park set to rival Disney. NASA Kennedy Space Centre is on the East coast about an hours drive.Other attractions include: Gatorland, Cypress Gardens, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, Planet Hollywood, Cirque du Soleil, Celebration (the town Disney built), Winery with tours and tasting, Major League Baseball, Basketball, Football and Hockey, and Sterling Casino Cruise Ships (free 4-6 hour cruise).

As well as theme parks there is great shopping. In the Kissimmee area there are many large shopping outlets and shopping malls such as Premium Outlets and Florida Mall none are far away.

International Drive is 15 minutes away and has many restaurants, bars and shops and Wet and Wild Water Park.

An abundance of other sports are also catered for in the local area eg, World of sports, golf, basketball, horseriding, water sports, fishing, ride a helicopter.

If you enjoy beaches both coasts are beautiful here, the rugged Atlantic Coast, ideal for surfing, is only 45 minutes drive from our villa. Drive on to the famous Daytona Beach! The Gulf Coast is about 90 minutes away for a completely different experience, white sand and palms with a Caribbean feel.

The Kissimmee / Bass Lakes Estate area

As well as being the perfect location from which to visit the many fantastic theme parks and attractions that Orlando and Florida has to offer Bass Lakes Estate is in a superb location just off US Highway 192 with an abundance of supermarkets, shops and restaurants, some within walking distance, serving steaks, sea food, world wide and fast food.

Why not visit Old Town in Kissimmee, which has shopping, restaurants, rides, entertainment and hosts a weekly motorbike and classic car cruise Friday & Saturday evenings.
Historic Downtown Kissimmee is also worth a visit.

You may wish to get a real taste of America and watch a local rodeo or take an airboat ride on the Everglades.

Our Villa is a 40 minute drive from Orlando International Airport. The major carriers from the UK fly into Orlando International.
There are several major rental car companies based at Orlando International
If you don't wish to rent a car then there are shuttles, taxis and local transport available.
Another alternative to reach our Villa is to fly to Sanford Airport which is approximately 60 minutes drive. Many UK tour operators fly to Sanford including First Choice, Thomas Cook and Thomson.
Like Orlando International there are many car hire companies based at Sanford as well as local transport, Taxis and shuttles.
Once you are there, a bus can be picked up only 5 minutes walk from our villa to take you to most of the attractions if you don't wish to drive whilst on holiday.

“Fantastic location!! Villa was Beautiful! Will definatly be back!!!” Me and my partner stayed at the lakeside villa for 15 nights in December. We are so glad we picked this villa it was perfect for us. Debbie was very kind to give us directions firstly on how to get to the villa which we found very helpful as did not have a sat nav in our rental car. On arrival there was a hamper to welcome us which made us feel at home right away and the villa was spotless it looked like we were the first people to stay in the villa it was so clean. One of the best things was the location! We went to all disney parks (10 mins from all) we also visited seaworld and that was within 10 mins too! There is a walmart literally walking distance to the villa (which proved very convinient) we got our park tickets from here too! The pool area at the villa is lovely we enjoyed having our breakfast outside every morning. (was a bit too cold to swim in due to it being dec) When we next return to Florida we will definatly be staying at lakeside villas again Thanks for a lovely stay!

“Comfortable home away from home” We recently took a vacation to Orlando and were looking for a place to stay that would be relaxing when we were not walking around the theme parks. The villa was close to everything. Disney and Universal were probably about 10 - 15 minutes away. There are grocery stores and resteraunts within walking distance. The community is small and quiet, and there is a nice little lake right down the street that the kids enjoyed. There were turtles and alligators that would swim right up to the pier. Having the multiple bedrooms, the two living rooms, the full sized kitchen, and the washer/dryer really made the trip comfortable. There is also a pool out back. The price is also very good. All in all, I would recommend the villa to anyone looking to take a vacation in Orlando.

“Wedding venue trip” We were looking to use the trip to view and confirm our Wedding venue, and to help us we wanted a peaceful and centrally located Villa to be our base for the trip. It was all we could have asked, Quiet location, very clean and tidy, all the comforts of home and all at a very good price.

“Ideal location, nice vill, no problems” Villa was lovely: very comfortable, had everthing we needed and in such a good location. Pool was great - we were too mean to pay for the heating...maybe it would have been a good investiment but at the end of October we still enjoyed it unheated Would be nice to go back sometime. All so straight-forward, we will remember it and happily recommend it to others

“Excellent - A home away from home” I stayed with my family in this beautiful villa. It is withing walking distance from Walmart and a 15 minutes drive to Disney World. Everything was great and we were sad to leave! Since the first day we talked about coming back to the house and we are doing it this year. I will strongly recommend renting the villa; it is definetely a home away from home.

“Great value for money family holiday home” A great base for exploring all that Orlando has to offer! The villa is situated in a quiet estate but close to the Walmart for shopping. Ideal for relaxing after many long days at the theme parks with a lazy poolside barbecue. Facilities are excellent, areal "home from home".

We had a fantastic time thank you, your villa was superb, it was beautiful with everything one could need, and the icing on the cake was to see the welcome pack on the side in the kitchen with TEABAGS and wine most appreciated after a long flight, also thanks for the very comprehensive directions to get us from Sanford airport to the villa we will certainly be recommending your villa to all our family and friends also our work colleagues, the weather was good apart from one very windy cold day, we felt so at home and loved the freedom to come and go and eat as and when we wanted to. Loved having two tellies while we watched the news and weather the boys had the other telly to watch their Simpsons and Family Guy, We did all the theme parks and water parks plus Busch gardens 12 parks in all, have come home to recuperate, once again many thanks.

I want to thank you so much for letting my family and I stay at your villa. I was impressed from the moment i walked into your home. We had a great time, we loved the pool, the location was very convenient. When I plan another Florida vacation I will contact you again. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you. Happy Vacationer

A Fantastic villa and beautiful pool. We are a family of 6 who loved the pool most of all. This is our second time to Florida but our first time in the villa, it’s definitely got the WOW factor.

A booking deposit of £200 ($250) will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival. The Security Deposit will be returned 21 days after the completion of your holiday as long as any key(s) are returned and no damage or loss is reported by our Management Company.
