About the home
Our villa is a bright, modern single storey home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, furnished and equipped to a high standard. The villa has the benefit of a private 30ft south facing pool/spa tub. The pool area is screened for seclusion. Internet access/wifi. Free telephone calls within the USA and Canada.
The living area is spacious and open plan with television, DVD player and CD player. Books, CDs, DVDs, board games are provided for your use on holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster. The breakfast nook has a table and four chairs with additional seating at the breakfast bar. There is a separate formal dining area. The bedrooms are bright and furnished to a high standard. There is a TV in each bedroom. There are two master suites, each with direct access to the pool area. Master suite 1 has a king size bed, large en suite with double shower and oval bath. Master suite 2 has a queen size bed and en suite. Bedroom 3 (double bed) and Bedroom 4 (twin beds) share a bathroom. Bedroom 5 (twin beds) has its own adjacent bathroom.
Games Room with billiards/table tennis/air hockey. Electronic dart board with safety darts, basketball game.

30 ft long pool and spa tub. This area is south facing which makes it wonderfully sunny throughout the day and is screened for privacy. There is a covered lanai with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Sunbeds are also provided.
The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
All the attractions of Orlando appeal to young and old alike. You will find so much to do here - visiting the wonderful theme parks, shopping, golf, water sports, dining out and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Our villa is less than four miles from the Walt Disney World resort where you will find the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, water parks, Downtown Disney.
We are also within easy reach of other major Orlando attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Aquatica and a little further afield the fantastic Busch Gardens.
The Kissimmee / Indian Creek area
Indian Creek is a peaceful community situated close to the Formosa Gardens Shopping area where you can find a supermarket, many restaurants including Outback, Carrabas, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Giordano’s, several shops, a walk in medical centre and internet café.
Communal facilities on Indian Creek include a children’s playground, sports field and tennis courts.
Indian Creek is one of the closest residential communities to Disney – a short drive takes you to the 192 and quick easy access to Disney.

We had a wonderful vacation. The weather was perfect (80 degrees F and sunny every day). Your home was such a blessing. It was beautiful, as I had seen in the photos, and so comfortable. It was the best equipped home we have ever rented. You thought of everything (including the first aid kit, which I am afraid we needed to use for a bandaid).

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed your vacation home. It was clean , spacious and had all the nick nacks that one may have forgot at home on vacation. Very informative booklet. Close to all the major parks and attractions. Good eating and shopping nearby. An overall fabulous stay at the house.

Home was absolutely beautiful. We had everything that we needed. Minutes from all the Disney Parks. We had 8 people in our group and it was wonderful for everyone to have space to chill on our down time. Would highly recommend.
