The Emerald Jewel is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached property that can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. Its total floor area is approximately 2400 sq/ft. The property has two floor levels. This property can sleep 12 people all in Beds.

The property has its own South facing Private Swimming Pool and Spa. Pool/Spa heating is also available.(Extra Cost Involved). Indoors, we have a wide range of entertainment options, including televisions in every room, a high-speed Internet connection and a dedicated games room. There is also a selection of games, Disney Monopoly, Hungry Hippos, Frustration, Poker (With Chips), Dominos, Cards. There are also a few paperback books.There is also a good selection of inflatable toys for the pools area as well as patio table chairs and sun lounges.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Located in the south of the USA on the Gulf of Mexico, Florida is a very watery state with hundreds of lakes, and is home to the Alligator, mainly found in the south in the Everglades. Known as the "Sunshine State", Florida has an excellent climate, with year-round warm temperatures and sunshine, two seasons (wet and dry) and an average temperature of around 82 degrees Fahrenheit - perfect for going to the beach.

Kissimmee / Emerald Isle Kissimmee area

Around the local area , we are situated in the wonderful resort called Emerald Island which is surrounded by woodland. The resort itself has a nature walk. Within a 5 minutes drive is the Walmart super store on Hwy 27 and a new Supertarget on Hwy 192, and there are a multitude of restaurants like Olivegarden and Longhorns and fast food outlets such as McDonalds and Burgerking only 3 mins drive . We are only 5 minutes drive to the entrance into Walt Disney Magic Kingdom. Sea world, Discovery Cove and Aquatica theme parks are also close. One hours drive away is the Kennedy Space Centre, this is a must see and do, great for all ages. One hours drive away to the East coast to Coco beach, and a 90 min drive to the West coast is Tampa Bay in the Mexican Gulf, a superb area for fishing and water sports and the wonderful Clearwater beach with its white sandy beach.

Conditions

WE DO NOT CHARGE for rental of Cot/Crib, High Chair, Baby Monitor, Stroller, Sterilizer or Gas Barbeque like most villas in Florida.
Pool heat is optional and is charged at £120/$175/€140 per week, if must be requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £72/$105/€80. For bookings of 15 days or more we will be happy to offer a discount. We will also offer discount for bookings made more then 180 days before holiday date and less then 30 days. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods, we accept Personal/Cashiers Cheque, Cash, Bank Draft or Paypal for credit card payments.
A security deposit of £200/$350/€250 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

We will accept a deposit of £180/$260/€200 per booking and this will secure your booking

Cancellation Policy: If you are compelled to cancel your reservation, you must inform us by telephone and immediately confirm your cancellation to us in writing. In this event if you cancel your reservation 8 or more weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of $150/£105/€120, 6 - 8 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 50%, 4-6 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 75%, 0 - 4 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 100%.
